How right you are. This posting from a woman I used to be a housemate with in the early 90s (no more than that) recently reconnected with me. I hadn’t spoken to her in about 20 years or so, and discovered she is married now with a child.

One memorable conversation we had was about number of sex partners we have had. Since I am unusually tall and hefty, I have had to be super careful not to do anything that could be construed as “assault” for fear of getting arrested, and so I could count the number of partners on one hand. Her response? “You make me feel like a slut.”

Now she has jumped on the #metoo blame game bandwagon, yet another self-righteous bulls~~~ maneuver to geld what little manhood is left out there, and “confess” their sins. Recently I just finished The Gulag Archipelago (highly recommended) and it reminded me so much of how the MVD would get all the political prisoners to confess.

I both agree and disagree with the above; responsibility from teenagers is to be expected. A teenager may not be an adult physically and mentally but they will have to be in a few years legally. If a way to discipline teenagers is not enforced then by the time they are 18 they will be loose cannons in society at large. Hell much of the current mess in college campuses of the US and elsewhere happens because no one had thrown the hammer of responsibility down on the heads of everyone involved when they were teenagers.

Still teenagers are bound to be prone on doing stupid s~~~ but some obvious stuff should have been hammered into their heads already from early childhood, stranger-danger is one of them; not throwing rocks at people is an other.
