‘Guilty until proven innocent’, is a phrase tantamount to this concept.

This presupposes that men are guilty. Women merely have to SPEAK to show mans guilt. If you, as a woman, simply exist going about your business, then “evil men continue evil”. Women HAVE to take a proactive approach to end mans evil nature, or it will continue. So man, left without the interference of women, is natrually evil.
