Another Kavanaugh Accuser Admits Lying

Sorry if this is old news. I don’t watch TV, and I get news via Internet (scanning Google News, etc.). I am amazed this got any play…I don’t know if it made “mainstream media.”

“…a woman by the name of Judy Munro-Leighton took responsibility for authoring an anonymous letter that made allegations that Kavanaugh and a friend raped her. After she was tracked down and interviewed by Senate investigators, the woman recanted and said she was not, in fact. the author and had never met Kavanaugh.”

“Munro-Leighton was brought into the saga after a graphic and anonymous letter was sent to Sen. Kamala Harris in California. The letter included a story about Kavanaugh and another male groping, sexually assaulting and ultimately raping a woman in a vehicle after a party. The letter was signed by a Jane Doe from Oceanside, Calif.”

“… Munro-Leighton wrote an email that included her name. He said Senate investigators were able to track her down and found she lived in Kentucky, not California, and was a Democrat.”

“Investigators got in touch with her over the phone and Munro-Leighton admitted she wrote the email after seeing the “Jane Doe” letter in news reports. She said she claimed to be Jane Doe so the letter would gain attention, “I was angry and I sent it out,”

It’s rare for a false accuser to suffer repercussions. Tawana Brawley actually WAS found to have made up her entire story, and the prosecutor, Pagones, sued her and Al Sharpton and friends. I bring this up because the story has received little media play.

Of course, the Rev. Al Sharpton just raised more money from his supporters to pay his share of the defamation suit. Tawana NEVER paid it. And even after paying only 1%, didn’t go to jail. And she can have ALL OF IT canceled if she just ADMITS to lieing. I realize this case dates back to the late 1980’s, but is still very relevant. It is remarkable to me that men will say ‘Why would she make this up’? I just cynically respond, the Dems pulled this right out of the ‘Clarence Thomas playbook’. She’s playing the Anita Hill role.

The strategy of bringing one woman out, was meant to cause MORE women to come out against Kavanaugh, and sabotage the nomination. It didn’t work, because there weren’t any more credible women coming out against him. Timing is pivotal. Why didn’t she come out when he was appointed to lower federal judge positions? Think about it.

Rape is real and should be punished. But we should not have two standards of justice, one for rape, and one for everything else. Granted, a supreme court hearing is not a criminal court proceeding, but these accusations nonetheless can destroy a man’s life and career — Pagones didn’t go after Tawana for the money, but for his reputation.

And if women lie about being raped, they should PERSONALLY pay penalties and be imprisoned. ‘Mattress Girl’ is a more contemporary example of this injustice.

I just find it interesting that articles about Kavanaugh being a rapist were all over the f~~~ing place a few weeks ago. Articles about these women being proven to be liars since…yeah…scroll down for about 30 seconds, they’ll be posted for a few hours at a time before they disappear.
