That right there is some bulls~~~. I was in a similar situation like that not rape but accused of simple battery. I never touch or threatening her. I didn’t get a supeona or nothing but they immediately put a warrant out for my arrest an came to house to arrest me. Took a year just last month charges was dropped cause the so call victim never show up to court. I missed out on a lot of good job opportunites cause of that and its still on my record showing I was was arrested but charges dismissed making it hard for me to find a job. But did anything happen to her for lying on me nooooooo.

Happens all the time …. Considering the damage that gets done to a person falsely accused of rape, that statement makes me want to vomit. I have a renter in my house, a friend of a good friend. Cool guy we get along and one night over drinks he told me he lost his athletic scholarship because some bitch with “mild” Schizophrenia accused him of rape a couple of days after the act. He was fortunate not to go to jail but the people at the party and at his dorm all gave statements countering the bitch and her lies.

Not sure if this is a good idea, or a bad one.  But somewhere, maybe not here, there should be an archive of proven false rape and sexual assault accusations including names and dates, as evidence of the false accusation epidemic.
