Another false case of domestic abuse

I reconnected with an old friend recently. It was during a get together we had in Nevada. After a while the topic comes up about his ex. A couple years ago they had a bad argument. She assaulted him, split his lip, and he took it. He said that he was going to call the cops to which she replied: go ahead, I’ll say that you hit me and you’ll go to jail. He then told her to get out and take her kids with her, he said this as he left the house. He went to his car to have a cigarette and she came up and attacked him right before a female cop arrived. He threw her (his then girlfriend) off of him to defend himself. Immediately the female cop put her gun to his head and arrested him.

He went to jail, got charged for assault, his ex made up some crazy stories of him attempting to mutilate her genitals with a knife after beating her. She never got hit once. I can’t remember the exact details but he somehow had another friend get close enough to her to witness that she had no marks on her whatsoever which contradicted her statement that he beat horrifically beat her but it didn’t matter. She got a restraining order against him and used pretty much every trick in the book against him and needed zero evidence and zero truth to push her claims.

When all was said and done, he said that he got probation for a few years and was ordered to take anger management classes. F~~~ing ridiculous as my friend is the type that avoids confrontations and is probably one of the most docile people I’ve ever met. I can’t remember the details but he also wasn’t allowed to get his dog back.

I told him that I have heard many times of s~~~ like this happening to so many men. I said that this is the reason why I’ll never get married and discussed how laws are stacked against men this day in age. The sad part is that he is still out there trying to meet a unicorn.

To highlight the epitome of false allegations- a daughter falsely accused her father of incestuous rape. Just very recently. When the father told the defence team that the daughter’s favorite book was ’50 Shades of Grey’ – the legal team found too many similarities in the daughter’s allegations with the book.

When prosecution cross-examined her – she admitted to making the entire story up – because her father was too strict with her.

Women are liars. Giving them the legal edge because they are the physically weaker sex undermines the treacherous ways they exploit people and situations around them.
