Accusations of gang rape against 4 male students at the Royal Agricultural University have been dropped after a 2 year investigation, following massive police abuses and “serious problems” with the accuser’s testimony.

According to the FBI, under the revised and expanded definition of rape…only 38% of suspects accused of rape are arrested and prosecuted. Further, not everyone arrested is found guilty of rape.

In the United States, we have an innocent until proven guilty standard. The proof must be beyond a reasonable doubt. Thus, by legal definition, over 60% of rape allegations reported to law enforcement are false…i.e…the suspect is innocent.

Glad to see it. I was just reading about that lunatic from University of Virginia, Jackie Coakley, who made up a story about being raped by someone who didn’t even exist in an attempt to get attention from some dude she liked. She even went as far as pretending to be the non-existent guy, texting the guy she liked.

Remember the Duke lacrosse team rape scandal. That crazy bitch who lied about being raped is serving 18 years in prison for murdering her boyfriend a few years ago.

The accused should have the right to the same protection as the accuser. If that where the case then false rape claims would for the most part have no lasting effect on much in the way of anyone.
