    Hi there guys.

    Young MGTOW here.

3 months and am 25. I figured tgat since our SMVS sort of differ between men and , tgat we should beat them at their own game. How? Slowing our Own biological aging.

Studies have shown that Long term caloric restriction and methionine restriction in one’s diet slow biological aging, both internal and external, by a significant amount. For example. Many raw foodists literally look 10 or more years younger than they are at older ages. Example is my uncle. 55 years old. Looks 40. He has been a raw foodist with caloric restriction at 30 percent less than his daily metabolic rate as well as low animal protein (which contains alot of the amono acid methionine, which has implications in activating SIRT1, a major gene involved in aging our cells). He is aging incredibly well and it is amazing how much he has prolonged his youth to go IN tandem with his generally admirable wealth (makes 90k a year and never married and single), to snag younger girls woth more ease due to Also looking younger than he is (even though the biggest reason he gets them is likely his money). Either way I feel it is ironic how he can pull women based on his youthful looks (something post wall hags have Lost to him at this point which is hilarious). It is just another tool for him to,
    1) stay healthy and avert chronic disease, essentially bettering himself as a man and having a ridiculously clean slate of health

    and
    2) making these post wallers cry that he still pulls younger 22 year old girls with even more ease than he would if he looked a bit more weathered.

Anyway. He turned me onto mgtow. And I had no idea that part of his mgtow plan over the years was to slow his own aging process in order to essentially, f~~~ with women, and also to f~~~ In women. Hahahaha

As men we know our looks are a less valuable asset than the money we make, but it must be hilarious to have an extra auxillary tool of extended youth on our side if we so choose (not to mention such a diet long term Does protect us from many chronic diseases which is good)

P.S.: while he does avoid meat for methionine restriction he is not a lretentious vegan. he recognizes he loves steaks, he just has not eaten one for many years due to his almost devious plan of f~~~ing with women to thenhighest of his abilities long term. he is an inspiration. His current girlfriend is MY AGE. what the f

Welcome and I hope your uncle is being very careful in this-all it takes today is one complaint from the woman,
or even worse saying they are common law to get his money.
Escorts are the better choice IMO if one still desires
    female contact.

Lifes a bitch, but you don't have to marry one!

Your uncle sounds like a badass man. I’ve gotten into caloric restriction-intermittent fasting-ketogenic diet, suggested by Stardusk and Adam Jenson. Been eating a lot of meat though, particularly bacon and chicken. Going to check methionine out. Thanks for the tip

You’ll find a lot of good articles on that subject in Men’s Health magazine, too.
