The following is an excerpt of a documentary called “Divorce Corp” a month see documentary of the world of family law and divorce court and how to survive it.

This excerpt is called “DIY Divorce” which I think is most important part as there is no support externally or within the legal system to support men during this time of open discrimination. This is for the men who live in fear of that day knowing what it consists of, this will help you protect yourself from a system that holds or four aces.

I’ve been checking out video clips of this documentary on YouTube. This seems to be the biggest red pill to swallow for men living in feminist-friendly societies. It makes me upset that some of these arrogant judges are turning men into slaves. If we had a collective boycott of marriage, we could change the whole family court & divorce court system. Also: since more women are getting college degrees and making good salaries, they might get victimized by these courts as well. You know women are going to whine more about paying alimony/child support than men are. That seems to be one of the few situations where they don’t want to be treated equally. That and the selective service.

Equality has little to do with it. Judges are told to minimize the effect on the public welfare roles The law is like a rubber band and Family Courts are Courts of Equity not Courts of Justice. So judges go strait for the jugular, He couldn’t care less who’s fault the divorce was. Your wife could have been screwing the entire neighbourhood. He doesn’t care. The whole system is designed to extract resources from the deepest pockets, and that is normally the husband. When there is only one income to divide, he normally forces the husband below the poverty line and in that way the mother doesn’t require as much welfare. The man can look after himself. If he starts to earn more money, the ex-wife can keep going back to get more. In fact, if she is on welfare, she is advised and even made to bring her ex-husband back to court and she is given free legal representation and all the resources she needs. When the judge sees that he knows what he is supposed to do. The husband has no choice. It is very hard for some men to abandon their kids, but in the long run the best thing he could do is disappear..

You forget that common-law marriage is enforceable in most western and feminised countries. In Australia you only have to live together nine months for common-law marriage and asset division to be enforceable.

In force not living together boycott would be more effective.

Robert Hallam: Is absolutely correct, but there is one defence which works in most western countries. It is called the 50-50 rule if you’re able to leave close enough that your child can get to their regular school from your home with little impact the 50-50 rule can apply.

What the 50-50 rule is; if both parents spend equal time caring (despite primary carer role) for their child nobody has to pay child support to anybody.

This works even better for men who have more to lose if you are CEO of company that could be looking at $3000 a week in child support by a house in the area that your child’s mother lives and spend equal time we feel child supporting and caring for them you are required by law to pay exactly $0.
