Amusing but typical response from female friend

A married, middle-aged female family friend heard I just added another rental property. The first word out of her mouth was “Congratulations.” Her immediate second words were, “You need to get married. You have too much money.”

Which of course I don’t, I’m just struggling to survive following a brutal divorce rape. I did tell her she was evil.

“Why? I think getting married is great. There are people who get married even ten times or more… I hope it will happen to you as well.”

after reminding her I have lost fortunes in marriage,
“Sure, but you can’t always run from happiness…”

After gagging, I insisted to her I am happy,
“but you could be even MORE happy… When you fall in love… It’s only a matter of time.”

I finally ended it after she began asking what I paid for my house. I told her if any woman or thief (noting they are equal) comes around asking, to just say it’s not worth much (which is true).

Causation or correlation? When you don’t have a woman in your life you are able to increase your wealth. Are those two facts a coincidence or are they related to each other? Maybe, just maybe the reason you are able to increase your wealth is because you don’t have a parasite hanging off your back dragging you down.

When I was married, it was a great struggle to try to save money even though the house was paid for. Since my divorce and even with a brand new house payment, saving money is almost effortless. I have four new guns and a small stockpile of ammunition, I go out to eat and drink whenever I want, I bought a ridiculously expensive watch, recently had to buy a new refrigerator, and still I’ve been slowly building up my bank account and I have more money now than I’ve ever had in my life. If I actually put forth just a little effort, I’d have quite a bit of money in my account.

Women are a cancer in a man’s life. They not only take your money, but they take your physical and mental health as well. They are destroyers of men. Stay away from them as much as you can. Never live with them. A man is much better off living alone and content.

My mother stops by my house from time to time. Being nosy that she is she noted that my next door neighbor is a doctor and has a wife (so we thought) that does things on my neighbor’s property. A month or so ago my mother was over my house and we were out in the yard talking. My neighbor was out in his yard and stopped to say hi. My neighbor is retired and almost never around. He does a lot of traveling so it was a rare instance that I not only saw him but got to talk with him. He told us that when he is gone that he has a married couple come over and watch over the property when he is away. The husband does the outside mowing and maintenance and the wife does the inside cleaning and collecting of the mail. I explained to him that I thought that the woman we saw on his property was his wife or girlfriend unto which he replied, “I am not married anymore, I got divorced over two decades ago.” Several minutes of chatter go by and he gets back to what he was doing and my mother and I head back to my house. We talk about how we thought the woman that we occasionally seen around the doctor’s house was a wife/girlfriend. My mother says, “That’s a shame that he is retired and has no one to share it with” as if she was worried about him being alone. That statement from my mom reminded me WHY it is good that I too am divorced and alone. You see, we men (according to women) aren’t worth anything unless we have money, resources and physical labor to give away to women. We do the work so that women can reap in the benefits of men’s labor when it is all said and done.

One of my close friends since hs while says she is in a relationship with her bf and its been a on and off thing for them for 5 years. Even if you are in a relationship. Its always going to be the man who has to pay for the gf even if the gf has a job.
