Do you ever read the list of ingredients on the packaged food you buy? It seems like most food items in the supermarket have high fructose corn syrup or some other kind of sugar to sweeten it.

When I think about my childhood, I remember eating cooked meals and more fruit during those years. I hardly ever ate TV dinners, drank large amounts of soda, or went to a fast food restaurant.

If sugar was invented today it would be banned as an illegal drug. Healthly living is expensive and time consuming. We can’t all grow food in our gardens and if we could we might find the seeds are from Monsanto and GM.

If I’m going to spend money on GM products, I prefer them to be the kind I can drive and not the kind I put in my mouth.

I look at what other people have in their shopping carts and my skin CRAWLS! Any given cart has more than 2 years supply of junkfood by my eating standards, some are all junkfood filled and overtopping the basket!

I ate a couple of hambugers the other day and it was like I had eaten lead, my digestive tract isn’t used to things hard to breakdown. Forget about sausage, that s~~~ backfires!

Personally I drink 2L of coke a day. If I don’t, I get irritated. I accept its my drug of choice, and I don’t eat alot of food to prevent from gaining weight. Do I think that coke should be banned. No people should learn self control and moderation. Drugs in moderation are fine.

Just visit your local Whalemart. Look at the fat pigs shopping cart and the crap these beasts put in it. Almost all of it pre packaged microwaveable garbage. If their brood of brats is tagging along, as unfortunately is usually the case, they are probably blimping out too and hyper from all the sugar in their bodies.
My mom actually knew how to turn on a stove and cook a meal. But she was born in the 1920s. Try finding a snowflake that even knows or wants to cook today. She’ll want the high tech kitchen – sure – but not to cook – just to look.

There is so much “pre-made” crap today that the lil HO’S don’t even try to cook.

My experience has been that MOST are still to LAZY to even HEAT the s~~~ up in the oven or on the stove. MAYBE, you can get them to microwave some pre-made crap, but I wouldn’t even count on that !!

LEARN to COOK for YOURSELF, It’s just ONE more thing that YOU Don’t need THEM for which MOST won’t do anyways !!

It’s also better for both your Physical and Mental Health !!

This is not the fault of the American people. The globalists have poisoned almost all food in the U.S. with corn syrup.

I usually it food which was made from very basic items because that is what little food I can find that is not loaded with corn syrup.

I disagree. The reason our food is filled with crap is because we were willing to sell for cheaper, easier, and sometimes better tasting food at the expense of our health. You can blame ignorance to a degree, but it’s not like we didn’t know, or at least feel the difference in our food.

The trend has been changing lately as more people are taking the time, effort, and money to actually take care of their health.

I will say though that the governments interference in the food industry has caused a ton of problems. In particular, the government needs to stop subsidizing the corn industry. Besides making it that much easier to put corn syrup in everything, it also allows American farmers to export corn to Mexico cheaper then Mexicans can farm it….which just encourages more Mexicans to immigrate to America for work.

    Ok. Then do it.

The main culprit to the obesity epidemic is refined sugar. EVERYTHING has sugar. People who don’t have the slightest clue in nutrition think it’s about minimizing fat or counting calories. These two factor has some limited influence on your weight, but sugar is the most prevalent cause. Even sugar substitutes are detrimental to maintaining a healthy body. Many are created with aspartame, which is a carcinogenic compound. Sugar is converted into glucose which your body will readily use for energy consumption through the organelle mitochondria. This biological phenomena is known as Cellular Respiration. Any excess glucose is stored as glycogen. This glycogen is stored in the liver, and it inadvertently increases the chances of people getting diagnosed with Type II diabetes, when it is consumed excessively And Americans wonder why they are so damn fat?…

Excellent post. I been seeing a nutritionist (provide by my work) and started a low insulin triggering program that comes from some obesity and diabetic doctors. I’m feeling a lot better and dropped 8 pounds. It agrees with everything you are all saying. Lean heavy on the good fats, medium on the proteins, and away from the carbs. Veggies that grow above ground. If it’s not food don’t eat it. Real butter not margarine etc.
I won’t post the Ted talk but you can look it up if your interested. It helped to get me started.

I recommend lots of raw fruits and veggies, especially green ones. I’ve never liked them cooked to begin with, but for those of you who do, you’re basically cooking the nutrients right out of ’em. Fresh is great if you can get it, but f~~~ing Wal Mart will do.

I’m very fit and healthy, yet sickly and overweight people are always trying to debate me on healthy diets. Trust the guy who gets the results.

More information about high fructose corn syrup:

I think many Americans (myself included) would lose body fat if they drank water or fruit juice instead of soda.

Whats crazy is obese doesn’t even factor in fat people, its the next level past being fat. What I also don’t understand is if 66% of the population is far or obese, shouldn’t lean and muscular men absolutely clean the floor with woman throwing themselves at them?

Sugar, Salt, Fried Food, lack of fruits, vegetables, water consumption and exercise. Probably makes up the bulk of the issues.

My wife’s asshole third-world family are chasing the dream in America. And given the American diet that they crave, and because I hate these assholes, I say, “eat, enjoy – let me shout your next drink of High Fructose Corn Syrup!”

After a year of “no white flour, reduced sugar and starch, minimize processed food”, my taste buds and preferences seem to have changed quite a bit. I can hardly eat any flavored yoghurt (typically 10-13% sugar) but have to mix it 50-50 with natural yoghurt or it will be too sweet. Most types of Coca Cola and sodas are just too sweet (over 8-9%) and I can’t drink the stuff anymore. Even some types of fruit challenge by being too sweet…
On the other hand, fat (never liked it before), meat, nuts, almond and vegetables taste much better nowadays. The difference was there after just some weeks.

MGTOW KNIGHT brings out a damn good point backed up by facts, also i will add that when your body has a higher alkaline content it will start to “grow” or become fatter, the body will always try to make a fair balance between alkaline and acidic content, but if you only put in your mouth stuff with sugar in it, Then how is your body supposed to keep THAT balanced?

For obese individuals i recommend green tea, oat meal, water with lemon juice and don’t add any sugar in it! (no lemonade bs), apple cider vinegar.

By adding acidic value to your body, it helps break up the hard fat and makes it more wobbly and wobbly fat is easier to burn when you exercise than hard fat, many people with hard fat find it that they can work out for months and not loose even 5 pounds.

Diet is everything and like Tom Leykis would say, pull that fork out of your mouth!.

Starvation or fasting triggers many beneficial things in your body, also a cold shower does a great service to the body and its free!.
