Met this chick and we dated for a couple of weeks. We discussed for her to come to my place and we’d cook together or something. Friday came along, I texted her to confirm, she said she has to work. Offered Sunday, but I already had plans. No prob. I said, another time maybe. She then texted me Saturday early afternoon, apparently no work. However, I do not carry my phone all the time, so I replied a few hours later when I got back. I said, you canceled yesterday, but we can do it another time. No big deal. She said we had nothing confirmed, I dodged her text on Sunday when she offered. I said we discussed it over dinner last week. Prob. just a miscommunication, no biggie. There’s always next week. She said, fine, you are right, no big deal.

To ensure there was no miscommunication this time, I called her to confirm and go over plans. Went to VM and no reply or call back.

These stupid games.. I am not down with this silence treatment. It didn’t work with my ex-wife, it ain’t going to work now. Silly lady… I’m a one and done type of guy. So therefore, I am done. Damn shame.. She had a nice ass too.

If they break a date they’re out. Period.

A woman with high interest does not break dates, therefore you have a low or mediocre interest level from her and she will be flakey and play games.

Some are so screwed up that even with high interest level in you they’ll still play games.

No doubt. It was just a crazy experience. Last week she couldn’t keep her hands off me and grabbing at a certain place. Offered Netflix and chill, she was enthusiastic. She then texted me Sunday, wanting to do something this past weekend, so since we already discussed and agreed, I said sounds good to me. Texting me during the week, and on Friday, I texted to confirm for Friday. She said she can’t, she has to work. Okay, no problem, then dropped it. She texted on Saturday around 12pm offering to hang out again as she doesn’t have work. I was already hiking in the woods and my phone was off. Seemed it went haywire from there. Silence for the next few days, which is okay, as I’ve only seen her twice and I try to call to discuss this weekend so there are no miscommunications as prior. Again, silence. Done and done. She’s 38, one would think these games would be done already. For the record, I did ask if she was on any RX’s or drugs. No. And she’s a Psychologist so I thought a bit more rationale; I was wrong.

Sometimes, I wish I were gay. Wish there was something I can take to destroy my sex drive. It’s stronger at 40 than it was over the past five years. It really gets in the way…

Wouldn’t surprise me. I always have a VAR on me. On the last two, I even asked permission to remove clothes and proceed so that it was caught on the VAR incase of any issues. A decade ago, this would be unheard of. Not worth this BS.

I don’t think it’s very productive to blame or find fault in her communication skills. The result is just giving her the attention she wants, and allowing to twist into appearing like you’re controlling, not understanding, or whatever.

The reality is, you simply don’t want to deal with this, and don’t want to see her anymore. Any fault or reason is unimportant and unnecessary, since you don’t need a reason to not see a woman.
