Hey C-Bastard, ya know what sucks, this society is “really” collapsing. All around me people dropping like flies from one evil or another. I think going your own way is the only way to survive this unholy house of horrors. I lost my best friend from childhood to AIDS, he was strictly hetero, so don’t think women don’t spread aids. I lost a cousin (flamming gay) to AIDS. I could have contracted Hep c had I rekindled a relationship, found out afterwords she was infected. The list goes on and on. Our grandfather’s generation was the last to live in a society where logic dictated order, theirs was a time of progress and growth, ours is a time of decay and destruction.
It’s hard to believe how happy I am, and the joy I feel from escaping the jaws of destruction!

You can contract hepatitis A and C can be contracted just in everyday life you don’t have to come in contact will person to get this type of hepatitis.

Hepatitis B is a one that is passed through body fluids. But it isn’t the most common thing you can catch from unprotected sex.

In Australia the most common sexually transmitted disease is Chlamydia, yes that’s right, Chlamydia. A disease that should have been wiped out 30 years ago but people keep on passing at around.

Aids is the hardest thing to contract in developed countries. But people keep on going overseas to have adolescent unprotected sex in Asia. Bring it back to the United States, UK and Australia. So yes getting AIDS in the Western world should not even be a possibility but from stupidity of perverts and drunk people on holidays.

We have an education system focused towards educating people about sexually transmitted diseases but they don’t get a education class before going to other countries and this is why we still have conditions like aids and Chlamydia still in our societies.

It is double F~~~ed.

First, DC, and Oklahoma should be on your list too. DC, while not a state, recognizes common law marriages. Oklahoma seemingly hasn’t made it’s mind up yet. Finally, with more and more services, handouts, and pity payments like health care, paternity leave, Section 8, and the like being mandated by our Big Daddy Federal Government, various federal departments have expanded their own definitions of common law marriage. So, while you may be shacked up in a state where common law marriage is abolished, the Feds could decide you’re married anyway so that the c~~~ you’re f~~~ing can get Obamacare, a piece of your Social Security, etc. Remember, if the Feds decide you’re married it doesn’t really matter what the state thinks.

It will pay to actually research the common law statutes in your state rather than rely on some well meaning, but incomplete, list.

As i wrote, I Am Not A Lawyer. While I regularly deal with legal issues as part of my work, actual lawyers handle the “nuts & bolts”.

I still don’t understand why they don’t teach this stuff outside the armed forces. Probably part of the cost benefit analysis.

The Australian supreme court overturned a case where a man named Liam was to fraud of out of $80,000 supporting children that won’t his own. The Supreme Court only overturned reparations of $80,000 of child-support charged to him by the government because the government did not want to pay back the money.

That’s what the legal system is only here we have a two party system that is so corrupt they overturn people’s rights so they don’t have to pay out even though it is gross misconduct on the part of government.

If something doesn’t change soon I’m afraid that men in Australia will start fighting back that will lead to civil unrest or even civil disobedience or war. The Australian parties are riging elections by vote brokering with smaller parties that have no chance of becoming competition like the Greens.

It is getting scary now that the elected Prime Minister has been overthrown making this the second time in two government terms in consecutively. That is five prime ministers out of two consecutive elections.
