Norwich city fan and been to the bridge a few times when we were in the prem.

    We got thrashed.

I’ve been to a few Norwich games this season. It’s a beautiful train ride to sit back and take in some of the British countryside for an hour and a half.

Shame about the footnall on display.

Definitely on my “bucket list” to catch a match at the Bridge! (Bear with me, folks…Still trying to get the hang of the mechanics on these boards with quoting, linking, etc….)

World class top of the Premier League football, with a top class ‘keeps his toys in his pram’ manager to lead ’em ‘ar kid!

Speaking of nostalgia, it’s a shame Utd can’t bring back the old flying Scotsman himself. Used to like watching the reds back in the late 80s and 90s. Sadly the old trophy room’s getting a little bit dusty these days…

Loving this start by Chelsea…Up 2-0 over Stoke 9 minutes in.

Chelsea wins 5-0. United salvages a point in Old Trafford vs. Southampton. Blues in 2nd place by a point now.

Good thread. I havent watched or followed soccer in over 15 years. I spent more time playing sport rather than watching it. In my youth I did admire the no nonsense style of play of the excellent Leeds United team that time of the Champions league run in 2001 – see video below.

Soccer imho became infested with diving, cheating, acting injured when you were not – I have no time for that pussified carry on and tbh I have therefore not watched it for many years. See example below: Rivaldo falling over like a woman the pussy pretending to be injured.

I always had the thought with soccer that the offside rule needs to be adjusted somehow as often play gets bunched up in the middle of the field and often (but not always) becomes boring to watch.

Whoops! The Arse-holes blow a 1-0 lead in stoppage time and get only a point at West Brom. Can’t wait for the Blues-Gooners Darby Wednesday!

@joller984 Chelsea’s coming your way for for an F.A. Cup match this Saturday. I’ll be there in spirit.
