    What could possibly go wrong?

Their simmering fight lasted hours, egged on by spectators taking sides and fuelling the anger. Sometimes other girls would join in, either heckling aggressively or huddling defensively in the toilets.

The venomous women were supposedly the talented employees I had headhunted to achieve my utopian dream – a female- only company with happy, harmonious workers benefiting from an absence of men.

It was an idealistic vision swiftly shattered by the nightmare reality: constant bitchiness, surging hormones, unchecked emotion, attention-seeking and fashion rivalry so fierce it tore my staff apart.

In hindsight, I should have learned the lessons of my past – at my mixed secondary school I was bullied by a gang of nasty, name-calling girls, so I knew only too well how nasty groups of women could become.

On the bright side, the woman that put this together has the inspiration for an epic comedy TV series.

    A all women production company.

The tag line could be, “What could go wrong?”

I have worked in a wasp’s nest before and it’s not a pretty sight. Lots of clicket-y-clicking of shoes and gossip, and no actual WORK getting done. Not kidding. Maybe 60 people and out of all the 120 shoes you could hear, what you barely saw (or heard) was 7 or 8…… “men” who did all the work.

The website? MEN. The marketing? MEN. The server administration? MEN.

I finally rolled my eyes when the “CEO” asked everyone to drive in and meet on sight for a meeting. And when we all got there, SHE phoned it in. We’re all sitting around the table and were expected to fight traffic and arrive on time… but SHE phones in and the rest of us are talking into a speaker in the middle of the table.

I actually called her out on that in front of everyone. “Why did you ask us all to come in personally if we could have just had a group conference call?”

Holy s~~~, that question alone threw her back to the wall.
So I billed her for the time + transportation time — to and from.

She wasn’t pleased. Not one bit.

What I learned from that experience is….
An “all-female production company” produces nothing.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Actually considering the state of todays TV/movies,you’d think it WAS all female run, considering that manginas don’t really count as ‘men’ anyway.

Lifes a bitch, but you don't have to marry one!

They are mostly Jewish controlled… And their agenda is to push feminism as the more power you give women, the more easy a country is to control and fear into whatever it is you want. Also not a bad idea to cater to the driving force behind consumerism and socialism if your agenda is to make money and have control. Feminism as we know it today was first pushed heavily around the time gold was detached from the dollar and the powers that be knew inflation would crush the everyman with the rampant printing that would ensue. They knew that in the near future it would take two incomes to raise a family, so they had to get women to think it was their idea to work. Because they had no intention of wages keeping up with inflation…

So she was bullied by girls at school, yet still convinced that an all-female group would be utopia, enough so to make it happen as an adult?

Recently I was watching a scathing YouTube review of that big-screen version of Jem & the Halograms that came out last year. In the first scene, the lead character is talking to a handy-cam, explaining how she lives with her mum and sisters. And she says something like, “Now I know what you’re thinking – five women living together, must be a disaster, right? Well, that’s really sexist, and should be ashamed.”

In hindsight, I should have learned the lessons of my past – at my mixed secondary school I was bullied by a gang of nasty, name-calling girls, so I knew only too well how nasty groups of women could become

And I’ll let this female boss have the last word.

Women can form whatever production company they want, but what they need to get is that no one is obligated to watch whatever mind-numbing s~~~ they put out there.

If one female run business is this bad try to imagine what a female run world would be like. Feminists try to convince us it would be a better place, perhaps for lovers of the apocalyptic.

Women are so bad, if they changed the law so I kept the house, I still wouldn't marry one. I'd rather be homeless.

I know from all of the women at my office – all they do is bitch and gossip but if they aren’t doing that they are chatting about last night’s soaps or reality crap

they really do fit the stereotype perfectly as I see it daily

Men are needed to put woman in there place. I was literally hired at 17 for a job in a Deli and one of the woman managers said this to me. Apparently their was to much bitchyness, gossip, and sneak disses going on among all the woman, despite a wide age demographic between 60 and 16. Woman never like to reveal their dirty side in front of men because men will completely call a woman out on her s~~~ and she no longer will have a place in her social environment.

Woman think they get along without men, but the truth is they all want to be the spoiled bitch princess who gets her way and presses her heel against the throats of all her coworkers. Men without woman at a work place can be boring, but the increase in productivity and profits is a trade off most men can lives with. Woman without men in a workplace can only survive for so long. It’s like a body contracting cancer and you need to either amputate or die.
