Can being forced to pay alimony be considered “involuntary servitude” under the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution?

I’m guessing not, only because I would think that a really rich guy would have taken that one to the Supreme Court by now if is was possible.

There’s also no debtors prison, according to the Constitution. But it doesn’t stop our government from imprisoning men who can’t afford their child support and alimony. That one probably hasn’t been challenged because you can’t afford a lawyer if you aren’t making your payments. And god knows the ACLU isn’t going to take on that fight.

Voluntary servitude: When a guy is still able to access the vagina he is paying for.

Attempting to make the legal argument that it is ‘involuntary’ servitude once the vagina has gone rogue, gets a divorce & is out taking on new c~~~s would fall into the category of a guy paying alimony as just being a sore loser.

Every guy that has ever stuck it in and had an orgasm with a woman knows EXACTLY what the financial risks are at the time.

And being ‘the man’ when the marriage is going well and the sex is consistent, then turning around later once alimony is being paid and claiming to be a victim of involuntary servitude just doesn’t pass the bulls~~~ test anymore.

Men are not that dumb. And acting like they are victims of involuntary servitude once the pussy is gone and is getting torn up by other c~~~s is beneath the level of what should be expected of men.

All decisions and actions have consequences.
