I saw in the news that the State of Alabama has passed a law that bans abortion at all times of pregnancy. There is no exception for rape or incest, but the only exception to abort a baby is if the women’s life in danger. If she does get an abortion in Alabama, that’s carries a punishment of 90+ years in jail.

This is a good thing, because in my opinion, abortion is just an excuse for a woman to legally murder a child and for selfish reasons. And I don’t like the argument that a woman makes “my body, my choice” when half the DNA of a child growing inside her is that of a father. I mean why does a woman get full say in what goes in with the child, when half of it belongs to the father? Shouldn’t he have as much say as she does? Just an example of how laws favor women, but not in Alabama anymore.

Im Pro-Life but there are always caveats.

abortions should be permissible if:
a) the woman is going to die…
b) the baby has significant birth defects such as retardation or permanent disability

Rape/Incest should NOT be grounds for abortion. Whether I was conceived by Rape or Incest… doesn’t matter, I have a basic Right to Life.

We all know… you can’t get rid of abortion. The Law will not go into effect until the FEMALE governor signs it: she wont, doesnt matter her party lines… no woman will sign that bill bro

The bill now heads to Governor Kay Ivey, a Republican. If she signs it, the bill will become law.

A sensible approach to Abortion would be to ALLOW abortion within the first Trimester… thats it… 3 months you have to decide… if the baby is already 12 weeks along… sorry lady, yer having it…. If she botches it somehow or aborts, throw her in jail…

There just isnt any excuse with today’s family planning technology… a Pregnancy ONLY happens when women are wildly irresponsible or deliberately trying to become pregnant.

Oops pregnancies happen, I get it… but after 12 weeks, you should have noticed missing your damn period 3 times… also.. you should know by then, if you want that baby or not.

About time. Always wondered about the Father’s rights to the child, the child’s rights to life, the grandparents rights to maybe raise there grandchild…it’s all about a selfish, self-centered, lazy, spoilt, ignorant pig.

Suggestion: before you get it on with her (if that’s going to happen) make sure she signs a form stating in case she gets pregnant and decides she doesn’t want the child, that the Father or any of the above have the right to claim it. This is what blows my mind about the whole abortion thing…any c~~~ can go to her local planned parenthood and get free condoms or birth control pills with a price scaled to their income. To be honest this does make things equal now in regards to sexual rights. Both of you are taking equal risk by having sex and she doesn’t have the choice to have an abortion where before depending on your looks, status, wealth etc she’d decide to get an abortion or not.
