While one can be sure this attempt will get nowhere, it needs many attempts like this to slowly chip away at the public consciousness. If liberalism really does have a hold and everything has rights, even the retarded and the deviant, then it has to logically follow that the healthy unborn child has rights too.

I have to consider that there is a difference between taking power away from the state to outlaw abortion and giving the right to a woman, and giving a man say in the abortion. The father is not the government.

I consider it a different issue.

A man should have the right to ask for an abortion, and if the woman refuses, he should have the right to have a “financial abortion”. If the woman is unhappy with him getting a financial abortion, she can always get an abortion herself. In either case, I think the state (i.e. the taxpayers) should not be on the hook.

It might be nice to hold people responsible for their bad choices, instead of enabling bad choices.

It technically would develop into a full Human being but the fact is it is not past the stage of becoming alive or capable of feeling pain thereby it has no rights at the point of Abortion (usually up to 20 to 24 weeks then which Abortion becomes illegal except in rare cases).

I did not state it is magical rather it generally is rare that it occurs in his situation. Alot of times the woman will just say f~~~ it she is having the Kid, trying to force him into Marriage and if that does not work at least getting the Child support checks and when it comes to Abortion rights technically you could do it in any Century but it has only been legal since 1973 in this Country in all parts of it and illegal elsewhere (from aside maybe some European Countries) beforehand.

And that ignores how it is alot safer today with technology rather then him having to get his coathanger and do it.
