Guys, I cannot recommend enough, 30 minutes after dinner going for a 5-7km walk. Wow, digestion is so much better, you can think and talk out all your s~~~ going on and when you get home, have a shower and settle into bed you drop of and sleep so restfully. Has really worked for me.

    Deep.

Walking is the next best thing to running. If you have the chance to walk after every meal I advise to do it, no matter the weather. Winter is right around the corner so dress smart and enjoy the rain, wind and snow.
I power walk everywhere I go that’s within 30mins if time allows, even though Brussels has the densest transportation network with trams, busses, subways and commuter inter-city trains I’ve seen anywhere on four continents.
The benefits of walking are widely known walk more, live longer and I wasn’t surprised to discover I was carrying 15lbs of extra fat and cholesterol once I settled back here from the US, where a car is truly a necessity but can quickly become a nuisance to your health.

Great posts men. It’s spring here in Australia ATM and I walk along the pedestrian track that runs parallel to the beach and ocean. I think about all the issues and business in my life as I walk and suck deeply in of that fresh ocean air. Wow, so invigorating.

Love walking and most times bring a camera. Often my quick walk turn to half a day.

I can do that now ….. it’s wonderful not getting back & facing a nag ?

Walking is the ultimate. I do it everyday myself, just to get out towards the water, the breeze, and watch the birds spread their wings and fly.
