I know men usually have to pay child support but I’m owed almost a year’s worth right now and it would really help.

I contacted child support services 6 months ago and they just contacted a “possible” employer. I know my ex is unemployed though and she is just living off her new Chad.

Lawyer up. Get legal aid if needed.
Get a judgement for support reserved, a lawyer can better direct/advise you.
Just because her new dick is paying for her, it does not impute income on her behalf that can be “garnished”.
    Seek Legal Council

    1. Lawyer the f~~~ up now.
    2. Interim sole custody including a caveat for parental kidnapping.
    3. Interim child support (negotiating point)
    4. Explore the child abandonment aspect
    5. Sole ownership and occupancy of the “family” home
    6. Do NOT allow “no fault”
    7. Make sure you have and submit copies of all evidence to your lawyer.

Above all protect yourself and the children legally so she can’t f~~~ with the stability you have worked for.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

Do it yourself in small claims court unless it’s greater than the small claim maximum, hound that money out of her wearing her and the doormat she’s with down, making their lives miserable with your summons to appear in court, whatever the judge decides, if she violates that agreement, she’s in contempt of court on your next complaint, eventually they’ll hang jail over her head for endless contempt. Then she’s in the slammer.

At least she’ll be suffering greater than you! Or you’ll get your money, just ask for “claims form”, eventually you’ll learn the ropes and it becomes as easy as filling out a driver’s license application.

Judges don’t like it when you ignore their orders!

State of Illinois has a Disbursement Unit…yeah I gotta send my protection money to the Unit, probably connected to the Chicago Outfit. I pay these assholes, and the state police/Sherriff/beat cop/and barney fing fife don’t come after me.

So this Unit keeps tabs on me, leaning on me constantly. I have to register with these f~~~s. I’m sure your state has this. Keep in contact or be in contempt. This is the handicap I have, these goons on me constantly.
My due date is the 15th , but I get paid on the 22nd, and I get a letter every month, where’s the fing money slave? Because of this s~~~, my tax refund was diverted, and then a couple days later my employer sent my 20%. The unit got a double shot of my lifeblood. I was gonna use some of my money to pay down some of my bills. I guess not.

Why is your state’s goon squad not on your ex like stink on s~~~…get a lawyer to crush her. Today.

My ex lives in Florida and I live in Georgia. My state’s child support services said I had to file here in GA and then they would have to contact Florida’s child support services to enforce it which is backed up. Everything I’ve heard about child support services is that they are no joke to deal with on the paying side but I keep hearing “it’s going to take more time.” They told me it might take another year for Florida to start enforcing on her. I feel like they are dragging their feet because I’m a dad and I make ok money or something. Either that or they are just two government functions that are extremely inefficient and possibly overloaded with child support cases to handle…

What is your experience with all this? I’m just worried about paying out the but in lawyer fees. I’m guessing taking her to court will cost another 5 to 10k if it doesn’t get drawn out.
