Mothers may be required to reveal details of adultery and the names of men they have slept with in certain paternity cases, if a proposed law is passed in Germany.

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/germany-mothers-forced-to-name-men-they-had-sex-with-paternity-cases-a7216121.html

This seems like a pendulum swinging. Have a great day.

The purpose of the law is to find the actual father and make him pay compensation.

That man will have been refused having a meaningful relationship with his child based on the females fraud.

This law is wrong, the mother should go to jail for paternity fraud and lose all her assets to compensate both men. It is both men who have lost out, the apparent father has lost out financially and the biological father has been denied involvement in the child’s life.

The women who do this need to lose everything, including their liberty.

At least it’s a step forward.

If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.

Agree. My interpretation of this law proposal was that if a man was lied too about his fatherhood, he could be reimbursed for the financial support he provided for a child that is not biologically his.

Oh be careful, it´s just a rouse!

It´s carefully worded so that a judge can always decide “it´d be better for the mother and/or the child if it was not revealed”.

It sounds good on paper, many family laws in germany DO actually sound good on paper if not for the dreaded “at judge´s discretion” included in many of them. And of course, courts and (female) judges are VERY biased towards the “poor little victims” (TM).

Basically, a “Nebelkerze”, a toothless law meant to throw up some sand in your eyes…. Because, surprise surprise: election time!!

An unconstitutional slap in your face that should really earn these assholes a good ole kick to the curb instead of a re-election.

Read todays article on “das-männermagazin.de” for more details in german.

    you´re welcome

give us liberty, or give us death!

So many loop holes in this …. it seems to be a nod to men in the hope they’ll stop their women being raped and vote for Angry Mucker.

Hi, i live in France and this s~~~ is becming quite the topic.

It all started when womens magazines tried to depict this new law proposal as an attack on womens rights and privacy.

Surprisingly and in a moment of clarity, French people dind’t buy it and the vast majority of comments agreed that it was only fair towards the husband and children that the women take responsibility for her actions, which afffect their lives.

I begin to see a light of hope as it seems all this feminist bulls~~~ has reached a point where people just don’t buy it anymore.

I hope in the future we see more and more of these debates that slowly erode feminists credentials in favor of a more realistic and fair view of th world where gender is not a divisive weapon.
