Nature finds a way of killing off those who do not adapt. I was thinking about how this holds true even in seemingly trivial matters; that job you hate but “can’t leave” might cause you to die early due to all the stress and negative emotion, and associated deleterious behaviours (alcoholism, rage).

MGTOW have simply observed reality which is that women will at best constantly impede your goals and overall life satisfaction, at worst will destroy you totally. We have decided that the ‘juice’ is not worth that particular ‘squeeze’, and are finding our own paths to self-actualisation, prosperity, enlightenment, or whatever.

I love playing football (‘soccer’ for my stateside brothers) and have always done it a lot. But while I have participated in a number of sports, football is the only sport that has brought me semi-serious injuries to my lower joints. I now only play non-competitively, but aches and pains are becoming more frequent. I suspect I will have to reduce my games or give it up entirely if I am to stay injury-free.

I guess I will cycle more, or take up running, or something else.

The person who sticks to ‘what they love’ even though it’s harming them is a fool. I don’t mean men should live as saints – I’m far from one, what I mean is a blind adherence to the ways of old due to some loyalty or passion is really a fear of change and letting go.

We have all gone our own way from women, in some sense, so we already know this. But there may be other things we’re clinging on to as well which are a hindrance to our real life goals.

Life is about living as well as merely surviving, but I’m sure most of you will agree that the more adept at surviving you become, the better you live. And the better you live, the longer you want to live. I personally want to live as long as I can, because I feel my abilities are improving all the time and it becomes easier to reach one’s goals.

Those who live well skilfully manoeuvre through life. Those who live poorly and die early keep themselves mired in all sorts of unnecessary s~~~.

    Live Until I die
    Clay Walker

    Skippin’ rocks, skippin’ rope
Laughin’ at all my best friends’ jokes
Things I love when I was a kid

    Muddy roads, muddy feet
I didn’t live on no black top street
Things have changed a lot but I never did

I don’t wanna think about tomorrow
I don’t need anything money can buy
I don’t have to beg, steal, or borrow
I just wanna live until I die

    Livin’ right, livin’ in
This little old town I grew up in
But I still held on to my dreams

    Standin’ proud, standin’ tall
Standin’ smack dab in the middle of it all
    I don’t worry a’bout things that I can’t change

And I don’t wanna think about tomorrow
I don’t need anything money can buy
I don’t have to beg, steal, or borrow
I just wanna live until I die

    And everything around me
    Are things I dearly love
And every night I get on my knees
    And thank the Lord above

That I don’t hafta think about tomorrow
I don’t need anything money can buy
I don’t have to beg, steal, or borrow
I just wanna live until I die

I don’t have to beg, steal, or borrow
I just wanna live until I die

“Death is not to be feared by one who has lived wisely” Jack Kornfield.

    Life is cause and effect.

Humanity can be chaotic good or chaotic evil.

We reap what we sow in a lot of situations that happen on the personal level of our lives.

As you pointed out, “adapt or die” but i like to think that death is the mechanism that frees us from this realm of perpetual suffering (suffering can take many forms).

Measure your expectations, and keep close men that you know are not out to betray you or backstab you in a moment of weakness.

Ghost if you have to if SHTF.

A lot of stuff weighs us down.
    Including fragments of ourselves.

Ive tended to work harder / play harder than my peers along the way, and as a result I developed a tendency to overcommit.
If you get your identity wrapped up in what you do, it is hard but liberating to let that go.

Fragments of past lives where I have been the best at something. With all I’ve invested, I dont want to lose or forsake it.
Those athletic trophies are a key example.

There’s a certain thing I’m highly trained at, was my career for years… won international competitions and so on. Thing is I don’t like doing it much anymore. I’m currently working on clearing out a lot of physical stuff related to it… much of which was necessary a few years ago. Do I still need all of this? If I ever go back in that particular direction it would be helpful to have. But in the mean time it prevents me from traveling light.

    Great post.

Like you guys I had an active life – including the exhilaration of playing sports. Our bodies are like a vehicle that we (as consciousness) are driving in. The body is an incredible machine the amazing automatic internal mechanisms of which our conscious minds do not even understand but can influence by correct action and correct nutrition – treat it well it can be very very well maintained but is not immortal.

The past is gone – change is constant – life is happening NOW – evaluate all aspects of situation truthfully – use intelligence and correct knowledge to act in line with goals – a mans goals ‘may’ also change as each of us (as an individual consciousness) are evolving.

Thought provoking stuff. Often people’s inability or unwillingness to let go of certain things is rooted in ego: “that’s who I am”. Whereas “who you are” is ever moving, ever changing – if you let it.

I’ve changed often, I always wanted to discover truths, achieve success, peace and freedom for myself. Once I got over my red pill rage and depression I realised I have MORE motivation for the above, as now I know NOTHING is holding me back. This is contrary to some MGTOW who cannot find a source of motivation once they understand female nature and are no longer driven to impress them.
