Wanted to get my story out so reposted here for others to see. With some editing.

Been up for 3 days straight(finally got 5hrs sleep after finding mgtow(sandman & here), Lets just say I couldn’t stop reading mgtow.com after I stumbled upon it last night. First time I have felt in a good mood in 10 months of hell. Lost my job last week, had 8 cops over my house two nights ago, thank goodness I didn’t go to jail or hurt anyone(majorly got drunk machete & all). Pretty much wasted my time chasing a woman like a dumb ass for 10 months. I’d had forgotten what a woman is capable of doing to a nice mans heart, hadn’t been this bad in 10yrs.. She kept showing up at my job site to buy stuff, it only just made things worse sometimes 4 times a week.. Had given her some candy & a special meme dvd I made for her birth sign then she had the nerve to finally tell me she had a new boyfriend, but I suspect it being a prior coworker that became her sugar daddy by buying her a new car & phone. See he mysteriously quit a few months back that’s when her new car & phone appeared afterward(or it may be the current employee, been hiding for 5days). If it is who I suspect of the two, why didn’t he have the nerve to at least tell me so I didn’t have to drag it on for 5 more months, her too. Both chicken s~~~s. So I kinda feel librated after reading here all night and realizing I really needed to just get away from her so she can go play with her new boy toy, and leave me the fk alone from her damn mind games. Wish I had found this sight 10 months ago, or I’d have never have fallen for her BS. Did a lot of crazy s~~~ these past few months, p~~~ed off all my family & friends. Had 3 jobs, sometimes work the 2 but not as much anymore(because of my drinking). Now I just want to prove she screwed up, thank goodness I didn’t get her pregnant let the other bastard deal with child support & his wife finding out too. Eyes are tired so I might have messed up some punctuation or spelling. Funny thing is the last meme on the dvd was a ruby 16 diamond engagement ring that looked worth 3-4 grand. So she didn’t get it off me lol, and I didn’t spend a dime on the car or phone which I would have like a fool. Hope he enjoy’s it when it all backfires!

Been a mixed level mgtow in some form or fashion for the last 20 years from past heartbreaks that I did have kids with & wanted to be involved with them, but the woman refused to have anything to do with me. So had only 2 relationships in the last 10years, and the last one was the worst that had damaged me from the top paragraph above. Realizing I have to sober up & get out there & kick some ass after taking some red pills, a lot trust me(3 days of reading with no sleep, lol). Sorry about the large post.

Your intro brings back memories of discovering MGTOW. I too couldn’t sleep properly for a week or two.
It was like discovering a new dimension that was all around me all my life.
It wasn’t till I put on the Red Pill goggles for the first time that so many things made perfect sense.

Relish the moment because once things really sink in and you realize it’s not a philosophy, it’s reality, you seem lost for direction in life.
We don’t realize how much focus we put on chasing and pleasing women till we understand their true nature and the nature and intent of female/male relationships. When we lose that focus, we temporarily have almost nothing.

It’s only when you get through that stage that the real contentment sets in and focus is put on yourself and your happiness and what you want. Divorced men temporarily get the same feelings of loss and loss of direction because they’ve been focusing on everything but themselves. It’s a hard habit to break.

After a month or two you’ll get a sense of peace you never thought you’d get in life.
You’re in with many other men who understand what you’ve been through,,,every little detail.

Actually wasn’t sleeping well for the last 3 months, just drowning my self in alcohol to numb myself to sleep. Think she almost killed me three times because I wasn’t eating properly or at all, had a 5 day hunger strike if I didn’t have the 40 oz as nourishment probably would have been dead on the last one, but showing up for work with alcohol on my breathe got me fired at my main job. If your ever down out add a little of comedian Bill Burr in there with mgtow and it helps a lot with recover time.

ps: Think the guy was hiding since I did threaten to cut his b~~~~ off & shipping back to his Indian wife.

Move on, and do what makes you happy. Enjoy the best of what women have to offer and simply say “no” to the rest. We must take responsibility for our own happiness. Blame is useless.. because there will be no justice..no retribution, and quite frankly they aren’t necessary. Greetings Wizteknet. Appreciate your introduction. It reminds me of an old story on how to catch a monkey. The trick is that you put a tasty nut inside a gourd which happens to be secured with a rope. Once the monkey squeezes his hand into the narrow neck to grabs the nutty goodness, his compulsion to hold onto the nut with his fist will trap him. It is a rare monkey that will let go of the nut in order to escape.

MGTOWs have helped me to realize when I am “holding onto that nut” and provided me with options to release it and escape to freedom.

Another place that has helped me to a lot were twelve step meetings, especially AA. Even when I was unwilling to admit that I was powerless over Alcohol and my life had become unmanageable, having a place to go to where I could hear other people’s similar stories and meet them in person was a very good thing. Getting a “Sponsor” and having a “Home Group” gave me the support I needed to see my own s~~~ and “let go of that nut.”

Appreciate the AA advice but was around it for 30 years, ran one for 6, to much baggage for me. Don’t worry everyone I’ve cooled off after being on 8 different web pages absorbing all the knowledge I can like reading a big blue book or 12 step book. Seeing the damage that woman alone have done too others besides just me is enough that I have been sober 4 days.

Well honestly 2 months ago I quit for this chick above, so this second time is easy before I know I need to save some money this time around. There was a post about hobbies recently so I kinda put my goals there. Yeah I’m setting goals which is basically the main thing this time around, want to buy that sports hatchback I have been dreaming about for so long. Quitting drinking really I found is not a problem its just getting through the first 2 weeks to regain your sleep patterns. I had been drinking for a long time up until that first time I recently quit.

Well brothers I found out she moved in with this so called new boyfriend(she hid from me), or she went into hiding. My last message to her was the day I was fired or laid off(3 weeks ago), that I sent a message to say goodbye that same day. It seems she decided to move in with him when I totally ghosted out & let her think I moved 4 hour drive away to a new job. Was kinda feeling bummed the last 2 days, just trying to keep my mind busy doing chores or mental things to keep my mind off it. Was kinda hoping the totally ghosting out would have a effect on her. Just figured I’d throw this at you’ll to see what you’ll might think and respond with suggestions, remember I’m very new to mgtow.
