Get her out of there before she creates more ridiculous claims that could potentially endanger your job.

Report the HR Rep to the director for workplace harassment and fostering a traumatizing work environment. If she ever tries to speak to you again, tell her that any questions she has for you can be directed to your lawyer.

I would recommend keeping a recording device on you at all times and make sure it is recording throughout the day. You can get one of those pens for 20 or 30 bucks that records up to 8 hours at any time.

Marriage is the disease, divorce is the cure. MGTOW is the vaccine.

It was on your $$$, in your own time, they (and the HR team) can’t do s~~~ about it, its nothing to do with work, even if you did invite workmates out.

Don’t bother with having work functions because then the work rules and HR bulls~~~ applies.

    UPDATE:

I have identified the perpetrators and complainers in this dramedy regarding my social activities.  There were no surprises, there are 3 parties, all women (Shocking, I know, I will give you a minute to catch  your breath), all “strong women” (but apparently not), all independent (but apparently not) and all mean women (no doubt).

Phase I is now complete, Phase II is now on deck.

    More on this later.

I wish you the of best of luck, Keith.  I’ve seen enough HR catastrophes that I thought I might send this observation.

When a man divorces a woman, he also divorces her benefactor, defender and confidant.  AKA the government.

When a company fires a woman, it also fires her benefactor, defender and confidant. Govt doesn’t like to be fired.

My observation is that women own a marriage and own the workplace.  They don’t leave either quietly or without a parting gift.  How difficult is it for a woman to convince a mangina in a black robe that there’s been an injustice?

I’m convinced the only way to fire a woman cleanly is to have 4k HD video with Dolby Surround Sound record her after-hours, at work, cleaning out the safe into her clearly-visible-monogrammed-purse, with bank statements for a deposit of the exact same amount, to the penny!, going into her account.  Any proof less than that and you’re f~~~ed.  Good luck.

Dakota has a very good point, but I sense that Keith is the man who can pull this one off.

Yeah, the fact that women feel entitled to tell men to socialize more with women outside of work is just disgusting. It shows that because of this sick mangina world we’re living in, men don’t have a word when it comes to their own spare time. This is sickening. But no reason to worry, right? In the next few decades all 98% percent of all men have probably turned mgtow and started fighting against this imbecility.

Won’t have to wait that long, society will likely collapse within the next decade or two, barring some kind of miracle. At that point women will groveling at our feet to be taken in, but we’ll just laugh at them and shake them off our legs.

UGH… the ubiquitous HR bitch. Really sounds like the one in need of sensitivity training on workplace equality is her. Stories like this coupled with my own similar experiences make me never want to hire any women. I REALLY want to get to the point where I’m making enough money to hire some people at a good salary rate that allows them to live comfortably, that’s one of my big benchmark goals. I’m sure there would be some qualified women with the ability to do the work, I just don’t want to deal with the drama that comes with it. I’d rather spend that time working, and I’d rather spend the money on hiring one extra productive and focused employee than have to pay to keep an attorney on retainer.

Reading about ubiquitous HR bitches reminded me about days in my youth when I used to live in former communist/socialist country. The Party/Politburo used to have their komissars everywhere – in army, governmental offices, schools, tv and radio etc.

I wonder if HR bitches play the same role of propagating the state ideology in the West nowadays?

Other than that I don’t really have anything else to say besides the females in your workplace need to grow the f~~~ up. Really, so butt-hurt just because she wasn’t invited… to a MLB game. No s~~~ you only invited guys.

UPDATE……. It took me longer than anticipated to “clean house”, but my task is now complete. The final body count was 4 females, 1 male. It took 8 months and 3 employment discrimination hearings to accomplish, but success is mine.

I have reorganized the HR department so the director reports to me now. This will dispense with the bulls~~~ procedures formerly in place to terminate troublemakers.

I am too old to endure this again, this new world order will prevent a repeat.

    Amazing, mission accomplished.

I always wonder what worth the HR sees themselves as, which also mostly consists of women, they don’t produce anything of value, but feel entitled to try boss around those who do produce value.

    Keith,
Wow. I hate HR departments. Anytime a woman is not happy, it seems like she files a complaint with HR. Even though the complaint is usually BS, you are subjected to stress and your time is wasted.
Last month two male docs had to break up a physical altercation between 2 older lesbian nurses over a younger female nurse. The two male docs had to hire attorneys to deal with the HR fallout. Damn women. Damn HR.
I personally would suggest you don’t waste your time on this. Even though you are right, it’s tough fighting crazy. Walk away. Good luck.

Fortunately, I live in an “employment at will state” which means we can fire an employee for wearing blue or being blonde. As long as termination is not because of race, creed, religion, national origin, etc. and protected by Federal law, all bets are off.

The new rules in HR with regard to complaints (as written by me) have streamlined the entire process. If they are a pain in the ass, they are terminated. No more hearings, warnings, talking about it, etc.

    I love being in charge.
