I was watching a video the other day and saw something I can’t get out of my head. A comedian was telling the story of how when Neil Armstrong landed on the moon and made his now famous quote. But what was never revealed was what he said after he got back to the lunar lander. He said, “That was for you, Mr. Gorsuch.” He was asked about it when he got back, but wouldn’t talk about it. Years later, after he had retired and he could talk about things he couldn’t before, he was asked about the comment again. He said. “When I was growing up I liked to play baseball. When I was around ten I was playing one day and the ball went over the fence and landed in Mr. Gorsuch’s yard. I went into the yard to get the ball, and I was right under their front window. I heard Mrs. Gorsuch say to Mr. Gorsuch, Sex? You want sex? You’ll get sex when the kid next door walks on the moon!” How telling. LOL!!!

Well actually no, no one has walked on the moon but your point remains correct.

Actually yes, but you’re entitled to your opinion.

I can just see Mr. Gorsuch the night of the broadcast looking at Mrs. Gorsuch and saying, “Come here my little snowflake.” And, Mrs. Gorsuch screaming. By then he probably needed Ginko Kenoba just to remember what having a hardon was like.

If we are to believe “science” as it’s currently presented to us, it’s still physically impossible for living things to leave Earth’s atmosphere.
    Kinda like the Truman Show.

But I hope the Mr Gorsuch story is true.

Of the facts in the video I can reliably confirm placing of reflector on the moon. I myself saw equipment which bounced laser beam off it and verified with numerous redundance records, which later used extrapolate and calculate that distance between Moon and Earth increases by about 4cm annual.

But how did they survive travel through the Van Allen belts with the level of radiation protection that they had at that time?

We don’t have all of the information available to us and I want to know why.

But how did they survive travel through the Van Allen belts with the level of radiation protection that they had at that time?

Time, distance, and shielding. When dealing with radiation remember those three words.

The Apollo missions’ courses bypassed the inner Allen belts – there are several “belts” comprising the inner and outer “belts” with quite a substantial gap between them, not that many Moon Landing Hoax morons realize it – and passed through the outer belt relatively quickly. The inner belts are comprised mainly of protons making them relatively more dangerous while the outer belts are comprised of electrons making them relatively less dangerous.

Along with which type of particle, a particle’s energy, measured in MeV, is an important factor in determining it’s danger. Too low a MeV and it can’t penetrate to cause damage, too high and it passes through too quickly to cause damage. Only a small percentage of particles fall in a goldilocks zone of sorts with the right mass and MeV to be dangerous.

Returning to time, distance, and shielding, the cislunar Apollo missions used all three. They avoided the more intense inner belts – distance. They quickly passed through the less intensive outer belts – time. They used shielding in the CSM, LEM, and suits. A surprisingly thin amount of materials can stop particles of certain masses and MeVs. Your skin stops beta particles, for example, and a sheet of writing paper can stop alphas.

Mission time was another factor. The shortest cislunar mission, Apollo 13, lasted just under 6 days while the longest and the last, Apollo 17, lasted 12.5 days. The largest amount of exposure recorded by an Apollo astronaut was just over 1.1 rem. Putting that in perspective, the yearly legal exposure limit in the US is 5 rem meaning the Apollo crews got almost quarterly doses in only 1 to 1.5 weeks of flight time.

We don’t have all of the information available to us and I want to know why.

We do have all the information and you could easily find it if you really wanted to do so. Everything you “know” about the missions is garbled nonsense produced over several decades by kooks, cranks, and sensationalists.

Educate yourself. Go to the primary sources. Don’t rely on what anyone tells you, even me. You can easily learn about the Van Allen belts, for example, and disabuse yourself of the idiotic claims they are somehow “zones of immediate death”.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.
