    Bros,

This is going to be shameless patting myself on the back. More than a bit of bragging but shrug, I feel like bragging.
If you are not in the mood please skip along to something else.
    You Have Been Warned.

Today I put on a t-shirt that I last wore in my mid/late 30s. I had acquired it in my late 20s.

It fit me better than it did the last time I wore it, in my late 30s.
See, today when I put it on I didn’t look like 50lbs Amy ‘boom fatty’ Schumer’s fat stuffed into a condom. It was actually loose on me.

I have more to go but fitting into a jean size that I haven’t worn since my mid-twenties is a real possibility before the end of the year.

I have mentioned this before but to catch you up.
I changed what I have been eating several months ago.
I don’t necessarily eat ‘healthy’ but healthier.
I have been laying off the booze. This I think is the biggie. Like with weed I get the munchies when I gots a snoot full.
A few weeks ago (weight loss started before this of course) I went back to MA training.

I now physically feel better than I have in almost 10 years and I am still sore from starting training again. LOL!

If you got here, my thanks for sticking until the end.
    Brag time over.
Please go back to saving lives.

Hey, good on you brother. Some guys never see the physique of their 20’s ever again, and here you are looking even better than you used to.

May your way stay true, brother!

Logic guides your actions, emotion guides your morals. Only you may decide how you use them.

    Thx Bushido.

and here you are looking even better than you used to.

    Umm, not quite.
I am dropping weight but there was a time when I worked construction where I wasn’t fat but wasn’t skinny. I WAS however, chimpanzee strong. I’d rip your arm off. Approaching the wrong side of 50 I don’t see that in the cards.

I just feel better not carrying around an extra person.

    Thx again bro.
If you ever wanna bs about MA, PM me.

I wish I could get back to the way I was…but I was on a bike training 6 hours a day…at 180 pounds I was a big bike racer, everyone loved drafting behind me. on the soccer field, I was amazing. I scored a goal from the goalie box, on one bounce. I would love to have that kind of leg power today.
