This theme is inspired by one of the most recent Barbarossa’s video, available on link:

Where I’ve been

At latter part of abovementioned video, Barbarossa explains, along with future plans and strategies, his intention to hire MGTOW to help him in his content creation.

What interested me then is the question: how exactly he would be able to do that?

I look at this general question as on part of a bigger task to create men-only working environments, whereas likeminded men, MGTOW might be able to pursue their own ways without interference of women as much as possible. Least to say it would be good!

Although I anticipate some shift in today’s working environments due to #metoo gestapo-alike witch hunt, this men-only working spaces seems to me quite difficult to create.

Here is the list of difficulties, which instantly comes to my mind:

How exactly one should advertise a job vacancy?

How to screen the MGTOW from anybody else?

How to avoid fines for absence of women if this issue would become visible to government?

How to ghost in legal field of misandry, whereas you and you colleagues would be aware of the fact that you and your colleagues are MGTOW?

How to co-op properly without primitive blue-pill s~~~ in instinctive forms of domination/sexual reproduction/survival?

I truly believe that creation of men-only workplace is possible. I know it was done in the past, in can be realized in the future. That’s why I’m looking at these questions as on sub-tasks, temporary difficulties on a way to goal. Who knows, maybe somebody around the world has already implemented it in today’s society?

I would be really glad to know your thoughts on these themes, gentlemen.

It could only work if the particular field / industry is so niche that many job seekers would self-exclude. Take Hooters or the NBA as examples. Can’t imagine too many fatties or shorter people trying out for those jobs.

And then again, I might be erroneously assuming that most job seekers are humble, modest and accepting of their own limitations. Problem is that women are unaware or refuse to accept their limitations so they sue to lower the standards.

About adds and communication:

I found out about an encryption system that can be inserted in plain text.
It would be necessary to create a browser add-on and then you could write and read hidden messages in any site!

The *only* issue is how this add-on could be reserved to certified MGTOW.

I can only think on a MGTOW quiz every time you want to use it. If it doesn’t stop blue pills from using it, at least they have involuntary contact with red pill knowledge. Who knows? They might learn something…

Thank you for your advice about encryption. As far as I remember here at MGTOW.COM was a post about hidden-content encryption in plain sight with picture example. Maybe it was yours? That was a good idea. It could be used in many applications, though in viruses too…

It should be mentioned that I’m not either creating MGTOW workplace right now or will do any other job posting in immediate future. Although creation of it is very likely to take place in span of several years. Most likely it won’t be in Russia. But who knows? = )

No, it was not mine. Hiding messages in pictures and sound is also a viable concept, but it would require more software and is less flexible.

The encryption mechanism I am talking about is very simple, and works with text. It cannot be used to spread virus. I will PM you with a link to a demo.

The challenge is to create the reader/writer tho.
