    surfdude12,

Can you divulge where your home break is?

Merritt Island, Fl. resident many moons ago. Cocoa Beach and Sebastian were right down the road.

    Not quite yet, sidecar.

Abstinence keeps the std issue out of the equation, as well as, pregnancy.

I believe this to be the best solution in avoiding the probability of bad luck.

Sorry, but vasectomies beat abstinence. It’s not the procedure that matters. It’s the paperwork that goes with it.

Abstinence won’t get you out of a false paternity charge. You don’t need to have sex with a woman, or even have ever met her, for her to go after you for child support and win. She can pick your name at random from facebook because she thinks you look like you can afford a large monthly check, and the judge will give it to her, because for all the judge knows, or cares, you might have f~~~ed her. Or she might have spermjacked you. The courts don’t give a f~~~ either way.

It’s her word against yours, and the government has a financial interest in taking hers.

But the paperwork that comes with a vasectomy will stop that s~~~ cold. You can’t prove in court you never f~~~ed her, but you can drop legal documents proving it could not have resulted in the child they want to force you to support.

That makes sense. Although, I would find it hard to believe I would not be able to counter some c~~~’s word against an electronic trail of my whereabouts, communications, etcetera. That is quite a bit of work, money, and time lost though.

Then again, the vasectomy paperwork would be a bomb dropped on her right from the get-go. Just remember not to stick your dick in any yuckiness.

How about abstinence and a vasectomy? That should win this rock, paper, scissors match.

As always, sidecar, great insight you give.

As KM likes to say, even abstinence failed once.

Abstinence and vasectomy are not mutually exclusive. Apply both for maximum protection.

    Ok. Then do it.

Would a DNA test not prove that the child is not yours?

The evil in women’s hearts leaves them no moral bounds as to inhibit them from descending to the lowest levels of darkness to acquire their self entitled desires.

I think you would actually find it impossible. That might work to protect you from false rape accusations but wouldn’t do much in family court against paternity charges. The family court judge doesn’t care about any actual facts. The judge wants you to pay child support. The judge wants to find any excuse to rule in her favor. The state is on her side, not yours, because the state profits from making you pay child support for children that aren’t yours just as much as she profits.

How about abstinence and a vasectomy?

It’s different solutions for different problems. Abstinence keeps you safe from all the horrible diseases women carry these days. A documented vasectomy protects you from the legal risks of false paternity. A bodycam and documenting your activities will protect you from false rape charges.

Would a DNA test not prove that the child is not yours?

Such tests are not mandatory in every area. And even if she consents to allow a DNA test (she won’t), the courts don’t have to recognize it.

There are millions of men on the hook for child support for children that are definitively proven not to be theirs by DNA and other rock solid evidence. The courts don’t care. “Someone has to pay for all these children.”

I had no idea it was this bad. I wish there was a way to send all these bitches to C~~~ Island where there are no men and let them fend for themselves.
