A New Name, A Long Overdue Introduction

Greetings,

I joined this forum under a different name earlier this year, but I never made an introduction post. I’ve decided to change names for personal reasons. Keymaster is free to check my IP and verify that I’m a member in good standing.

I became a MGTOW when I followed a link from the red pill subreddit.  The Red Pill opened my eyes, and MGTOW freed me. Unlike many of you, I didn’t come from a broken family or suffer the devastation of divorce. Through youtube and reddit, I found answers to questions I’d asked myself all my life:

Why do women prefer assholes?

Why do nice guys finish last?

Why do women say one thing and do the opposite?

What do women want?

Answers. Simple true answers to those questions and so many more.

My uncle and my cousin both suffered horribly in divorce court, but I didn’t learn from their mistakes. I learned from yours, from the stories you shared. MGTOW has saved me from the pain of divorce. MGTOW has saved me from becoming a woman’s slave. MGTOW has freed me to go my own way.

Hi Moccha. Pleasure to have you here, welcome. And it’s nice to know you’ve been around for a while. Interesting “why do women” questions brought you here. My first brush with MGTOW was a NAWALt conversation with a female. I was criticizing absolutely consistent female behavior and I JUST heard it one too many times. “Not all women are like that”. So I looked it up and BAM!!!! and entire existing online / subculture that had already deconstructed the s~~~ out of it. It was an awesome discovery. MGTOW for years prior (mostly in spirit since i was 17) really. Like you I haven’t experienced the devastation that others have, but I am glad I found them.

Welcome.  I thought I was insane for the longest time because women and their behavior has never made sense to me outside of the professional realm and even then it was still irrational at times. Now I know there are others who have walked this earth before who share my concerns and frustrations. They have opened my eyes to a new frame of thought. This is not flowery or existential poetry. This is fact and it is real. I have found a brotherhood. I have found a home.

I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.
