As one of the older millenials (26) there’s something to say for the failure of the parents of said generation. The enabling behavior and “free ride” mentality is half if not more than half of the problem. Being raised getting whatever you want when you want it, being told you can be whatever you want regardless of skill or adroitness in said field, and being politically correct in every conceivable way is a prodigious contributor.

Wildly inaccurate. She’s not even cosplaying as an anime character for her interview. And she SHOWED UP for the interview. As an employer, I have first-had experience with millennials and their work ethic. They honestly believe a job is doing exactly what they do at home – texting, snapchatting, surfing the Web, watching videos online, playing games – only someone pays them to do it. They believe it’s totally acceptable to not come in if ANYTHING else is going on they feel could be more interesting than work. They have zero accountability or risk, because they’re going to live with their parents until they’re 40; playing video games, binge-watching anime, and having all of their needs catered to by their Marxist parents who raised them to be radical left-wingers. The right-wingers were being so bat-s~~~ crazy during the last generation – “We need Jesus back in the schools!” and wanting a cop in every bedroom – that the left-wingers took that momentum and went far into crazy land with their kids.

This is really scary….They will inherit our civilization…..

It’s scary to think these people will soon be running our businesses and government.

I am a millennial, and when I try to tell my fellow millennials how ridiculous this kind of behavior is, I might as well be speaking a different language.

Yes, and they will not find a millennial, who can fill your shoes. I am one of the older millennials. I do not fit in with my generation at all. I never did.

I still listen to 1980’s early 1990’s music, I always have. I just got my first smartphone in 2017. I almost never use it. All of the millennials I know are “App” oriented. No one knows how to solder or fix their car when it breaks down. Very basic skills for me.

Since my Father was not around, I had to be the “handy man” around the house. Climbing up on the roof to fix leaks. Keeping all the cars in working order etc.

The older men, who are now retiring are looking at me for hope. I am just one man, and a total anomaly for my generation. I can’t pick up the slack for these skilled craftsmen. There is a huge void forming in the industry. A void that cannot be filled by the millennials.

That already began in my generation that basic skills and creativity were “shameful hobbies” or “too dangerous” and boys who remained stupid and couldn’t do s~~~ were the social center in the c~~~ocracy.

I was at least 10 years ahead in maturity and considered “boring”.

Still to this day.

And my classmates could never understand that I listen to the 60’s and 70’s music, while being very critical at some 1980’s bulls~~~ “material girl” music.

But I had to become an adult at age 4 and already defend myself verbally against my sister’s lies. She would justify her physical attacks and outbursts with made-up stories of what I allegedly did.

So my childhood is the model case of what now happens in all of society.

Until I started giving her reasons… And at age 58, she still suffers from my childhood gestures and funny faces I gave her. (That’s what smart and educated c~~~s are all about)

Without all of these useless and mean c~~~s around me, I might have become a “mainstream guy”. But the awakening came early.

I wonder how many potential “good men” were awoken early and remained at Peter Pan level, seeing how fruitless life for the average adult male is.

Women and the way they raised their boys have shot the next generation in the foot.

I experienced the organized “dumbing down” of men that now gets labeled to the millennial generation.

The wildest dreams and predictions I made during my youth came true.

My incapable pseudo-smart female classmates are now the mothers who have no knowledge and skills to pass on to their kids.

And the fathers who were “so boring” were removed from families. We were only good as sperm donors and wallets.

These (mainstream) millennial kids had no one to learn from.

That’s how you get a “dumbed down” generation.

Kids who learn something also know how to make pocket money with creative work…

Single mother’s kids on the other hand are left to prove themselves in gang life and gather pocket money from robbing the next post office or filling station.

Sadly, the statistics prove me right.

Three screeching harpies and at a certain point my father “who was a jerk, never good enough and a bum” had had it with the family and did no longer participate in everyday household choirs.

We – my father and me – could “never do anything right” but my mother was a pig and could not clean either.
