    I haven’t been a MGHOW for too long and this morning really exemplifies the benefits of doing so.

    My daughter is with her mother this weekend, and I woke up this morning thinking what am I going to do today?

    All mandatory household chores up to date. No weekend working required. No haircut needed.

    There is nothing I HAVE to do.

    Plenty of money in the bank. Car fully fuelled. I can do absolutely anything I want and there is no-one with any claims on my time but me, and it feels great.

    I’m going to pick a random direction and drive to wherever the mood takes me, and not feel even the slightest bit guilty about it.

    From the mess I was in just a few months ago to where I am today is amazing. Pre-MGTOW I would have spent the day winding myself up about the “situation” and probably spending lots of cash on useless s~~~ to try and cheer myself up or desperately scanning the various dating sites trying to get laid.

    THIS is what MGTOW has done for me and I wanted to let you know I appreciate it.

    I knew I was a true mgtow when the ex attempted to put a guilt trip on me as she always did. My only answer I had for her was a question- “Is this the part where I’m supposed to care”? For the first time ever she went quiet. She had no answer. Mgtow forever.

    I’ve been doing this for 20 years! Sometimes I’m on a plane doing the “GOTTA GO THING” and landing half way around the world! Seen about half the states and several countries!

    This is one of my favorite ways to spend a weekend. An open road with no map and no plan. One credit card. Phone OFF in the trunk. A bag with 2 pairs of jeans, 5 T-shirts, no razor….. Journey and Foreigner playing on the radio.

    Awesome.

    In 2 hours I’m going to the biggest car show in the world. ( I do it ever year ) Just roaming around all day, looking at cool cars. I may even stay overnight and attend tomorrow too…. or go somewhere else. Wherever the road takes me.

    I relates to what is said here.

    I have to admit that my whole adult life had been about always open minded about being with a woman.
    Endless girlfriends later, 3 Long terms relationships and a failed marriage I ditch the last gf and make that proactive decision to close the door on women altogether.
    The change in my perspective – from fearing singlehood to embracing it has been more uplifting than anything I have experienced. And I f~~~ing love it.

    That sense of power and control over ones destiny but above all else – sending the message out to women that I am actually choosing this path.

    I have a few females orbiting me (the girl I just ditched. The girl I ditched about 18 months ago. Then another old flame from Way back) and I can see that they are amazed I have pulled the plug.
    I have never felt more free than now though.
    At 45 years of age I reckon I know myself enough now.

    I’m at work at the moment, walk home in a few hours, but I’ll be alone the rest of the day and tomorrow morning. Really nice to have some time alone because my mother is always making plans for the family without asking anyone. All the more reason to get outta here asap.

    Have a great weekend everyone. Nothing more liberating that doing what you will on your own terms. I’ve got a party to plan for about 30 people. Going to do a barbecue among other things.

    Went to the post office yesterday to stop my mail, a few more things to do, then its off for a road trip leaving Monday. At least for a few weeks maybe a month. Going to see some sights, visit friends and family. Absolutely no rush.

    So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains and we never even know we have the key. Eagles

    Mine too.

    I slept in this morning as I didn’t sleep well the last few nights. No one has a list of stupid s~~~ that I have to do requiring me to get up early.

    I am going to drink my coffee, catch up here and on the news.
    Then……
    I’m gonna gas up my hog, check air pressure and oil. Then I am gonna go north (maybe west idk) for a while.
