Pretty hot. I certainly don’t make enough to responsibly buy any super car. The best i can do is rent one on a track, and i will eventually.

Not really, I see cars as an object for a purpose, that is to move me from one place to another.
Sure a nice car is cool, but I would prefer to not have one of these, draw too much attention, and nothing good can come from it.
I prefer a simple “Ghost Mobil” who nobody notices, do the job, is cheap, low maintenance and c~~~s know for sure that I’m broke as they see my car.

Nope…Just fancy cars that do nothing but sit there to be taken out on occasions…Its nice to dream of owning those fancy cars. They look nice. When you own them however, its another story because of the responsibilities involved and you dont get to enjoy it as much…

I would rather have something useful that I can use daily and make my life more productive…

It all depends on how much you make. If you were making in millions every month and these supercars were just pocket money, it is not a big deal. Now, buying a car or having a project car which can bankrupt you is unhealthy. You can make use of them on tracks but track cars are cheaper,faster and more fun. I am all for track cars and dragsters.

I just own a $2500 downhill (pedal-)bike for fun, but for sure I’m scared when I have to use it to go shopping with it (if the other bike has problem) and locking it in front of a grocery store. It attracts thieves, beggars, stuff (lamps, tools, etc) may get stolen down of it, headache to care for this. But it’s lot of fun to go on offroad trails with it, where it belongs.

I would be s~~~less scared of owning something full-carbon. Won’t last a few months, may get damaged. At least my bikes are made of metal, and take abuse and potholes.

That’s my point, too. What is the point of owning a supercar, paying a lot of taxes and mandatory insurance and casco insurance and it consumes a lot of fuel? With all the speed limits on highways? How much stuff you can put into it, or they travel by just a single credit card and handbag? (if they use the car to travel at all) How much it costs if someone slams the side with his car’s door, or you slam a trash can, or an idiot scratches the car? Are replacement parts available at all?

If I ever buy a car, probably it will be just a normal car that looks nice and controls well. Maybe visual upgrades. Stripes, nice wheels, and spoiler will make it look faster.
