    When working in IT one of the biggest mistakes is to assume you are right.

    When you assume you are right you use words like, impossible, can’t happen.

    This was a lesson I learned the hard way. It only took once. Early.

    The proper response is, I will look into it.
    And then follow up.

    never paint yourself in to a corner.
    always leave an out.
    even a rat will fight when cornered.
    leave a means of egress for you,
    and the person your dealing with.
