Florida State University has settled a federal Title IX lawsuit with Erica Kinsman, the former student who said former quarterback Jameis Winston raped her in 2012.
    http://www.tampabay.com/sports/college/fsu-jameis-winston-accuser-reach-950000-settlement/2262707
FSU agreed to pay Kinsman $950,000, which included $700,000 in attorney fees, and pledged a five-year commitment to awareness, prevention and training programs for victims of sexual abuse. FSU also agreed to publish annual reports of sexual harassment allegations and abuse of its programs for the next five years.

The trash bag waited over three years to file the rape claim and she did it after Jameis Winston got signed to play for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

If you’re in college, it is imperative that you stay the f~~~ away from these greedy parasitic whores!

Damn, $950,000. Looks like claiming rape is becoming a good way to make money.

I was glad to read that Winston was suing her for defamation, like Bill Cosby. What p~~~es me off is that FU is requiring all Freshman to undergo a rape prevention course but nothing about a false rape allegation course.
The Attorney General investigation found no grounds for her charges but by going through the courts she wore down FU because it would have cost them 1.2 Million to keep fighting the charges. Where the hell is this bitch getting the money to raise the stakes so high with no evidence.

I just returned to college last week. The posters that hang above the urinals teaching us to “not rape” and further spread paranoia over the massive rape fantasy known as “rape culture”. That annoying wage gap myth got mentioned in my economics class and the professor bitched about a “right wing bias in the media” in the FIRST day of class. Yes, discussing the syllabus turned into a (thankfully short) political rant. I haven’t gotten another one of those campus-wide emails yet where a “survivor” reports her “disturbing incident” of an attempted sexual assault and the police ask everyone to be on the lookout, but it will come eventually. An email was however sent to the student body in which our college president discussed Title IX and inequality B.S. I stay away from the entitled whores. Sure there are a few tolerable female students that I don’t mind having a short conversation with occasionally, but they are a minority.

“Look at my tight yoga pants!”
    “No”
    “Misogyny!”
    “No” (glares at female student)
    “RAAAAAAPE!”
    (exit stage left)
“Where have all the good men gone? I guess they can’t handle a college educated, free-spirited, fiercely independent goddess like me.”
    * “YOU GO GIRL”

    * = clearly over half of the student population…. the “oppressed” gender

She raped the taxpayers. The idea that universities are in any way responsible for what happens between students when they are off-campus is ridiculous. How did they ever take on a role in this? Why did they end up with a responsibility for announcing who allegedly raped who? Why would a school ever tell students to report crimes to the school and not to the police?

I’m sure that this was done for some sort of PR reason, but it’s backfiring on them big time.

    Ok. Then do it.

Close to the end of my college career I was in the second half of my senior project class. It was my final semester. We had 6 students in our senior project group and one of them was a woman. She kept on screwing up and causing problems and it got to the point where we had a discussion with the class professor and discussed kicking her out. She really was that bad, and full of drama. She kept speaking on behalf of our group and promising all sorts of things that we could never deliver to our customer. (We were MIS majors and we had to work for a real company/organization and create and deliver and ERP solution using Systems Development Life Cycle techniques on top of writing software, coding, database, etc. Hundreds and hundreds of hours spent coding.)

We moved forward and kicked her out of our group. Instead of accepting her failure and moving on, she decided to start up a sexual harassment charge against the entire group and talked to our professor: Mrs. Merchant….

She called us in to her office and she explained the charges that were being claimed against us and told us how our ex group member was going to discuss this with the college Dean, etc. I was accused of calling the ex group member at all hours of the night. It was claimed that I thought of her as my girlfriend and that I wouldn’t leave her alone. This beeotch was as big as a whale, ugly, and married with a child. She was a nasty beast and I never once harassed her. The other charges against the other guys in my group were similarly childish. All made up crap. She had nothing on us, we were always professional, we weren’t messing around afterall, we were about to graduate. This was in 2005 and even then I was scared because I knew that her word would all that was needed to ruin our college careers.

Well, things actually went our way. Our female professor sided with us and told that hog that if she followed through with her charges that she would file against her and move to have her banned from the UC school system. I’ll never forget how stressful that time was and how lucky we were.

Side story: years went on and I went to work for an organization in their IT department. I was helping out our video teleconference group and I actually went to one of the meeting rooms to help trouble shoot a problem. Lo and behold, there she was! That ex group member that tried to sabotage my college career just because she herself was a screw up. She was in whatever meeting that was going on. We both made eye contact for a split second and didn’t look at each other again. Ugh, she was so nasty looking, even worse than in college. I never saw her again thankfully. Disgusting trogg.

I’ve wondered how in the hell these women are able to prove rape years after it initially happened? I mean unless it is on video somewhere I just don’t see how these cases can make it this far.

So college girls are using false rape allegations to fund their education now?

Too many creative ways for these bitches to make money…

The statute of limitations is 7 years normally, but I believe it was decided that rape is granted an exemption because it is traumatic, the supposed victim may fear retaliation or public reaction, etc. And it seems like actual evidence is seemed less necessary as well. Justification being that rape messes with your head too much for you to think about reporting to police and such, like a typical crime. Also, rape is such an epidemic that we need to punish anything that could be rape just to make sure all those potential male rapists are properly put in prison (sarcasm).

    Ok. Then do it.

Rapists aren’t born rapists right out of their mother’s wombs. They are made rapists by the ‘society’.

    I’m so glad I don’t give a f~~~ about these pieces of s~~~ anyways. F~~~ society, f~~~ women.

Edit: Uh oh… I meant .. to hell with women.
