i am not one of them.
i see my kid more than the mother does though..

if i have plans and the ex wants to get a babysitter,
i drop my plans and take the child,
EVERY chance i get.
.my ex likes to drink with her friends.
so i had to really try and not say anything negative to her,
and offered to have the kid EVERY weekend instead of every other.
and that’s what i do.
i also pick the kid up from school 2 times per week.
all because i sweet talked someone who wants to party into FREE BABYSITTING.
you have to CHARM her so she sees what a great deal she’s getting.
hell, i would rather be with the kid than almost anything.
so ..
i hope that helps some.
Florida is notorious for favoring the mother.
just be there for the child consistently.
it WILL pay off.
they don’t stay little forever,
and then the kid see’s YOU were there for them.

at a certain point the child can choose WHICH PARENT they want to be with.

The family court is a god, and a woman is the pious. A woman could literally smoke crack in the courtroom, and the judge would find a way to blame the man, and reward her with half of your s~~~, and give her full custody of the child.

Relationships don’t last, because eventually she’s going to leave you. I don’t know what you guys went through, but one thing I do know, it wasn’t pretty.

i guess i try to look at it like this,
maybe she will be given custody by the court.
however you are still in the picture as much as you can be.
standard custody agreements favor the mother.
PLAY NICE with the mother of your kid.
because women have little minds..
“what have you done for me lately” is how they think,
so your persistence in being there for the kid is KEY.

damn, i was so mad and shocked that she grabbed our child and went to her mom’s where she filed divorce papers that i DREAMED of killing her.
..it would have left the kid with no mom and a dad in prison.
so NO .
you have to play the game..
and you’ll be surprised how much you can raise the kid to have good morals and a healthy way of viewing the world,
REGARDLESS of what a c~~~ and her judge think.

also you guys must research the laws where you live,
even if you hire a lawyer.
it’s an education to find out where you stand in the eye’s of the law.
it’s not always as bad as you might think.
you have SOME rights..
make sure you know what they are.
your lawyer may not speak up when you need them to,
that’s when your homework pays off.
it did for me,
allowing me to deflect a lot of what would have happened.

divorce is like someone with a gun demand you play a game of cards with them,
only YOU don’t know the rules and the stakes are very very high.
..learn the game FAST.
or lose it ALL instead of A LOT.
..you are going to lose SOME.
minimize your losses by studying up !!!

when you spend so much more time with a child than the mother,
you have a chance to model what a real parent should be doing.
home cooked meals
sharing time playing
talking about how to handle life situations
how to deal with bully’s
how to have good hygiene
and the birds and the bees talk.
you get to have the honor of helping to shape a young mind ,
to get that kid ready to be an adult with a value system.
…it’s supposed to be a two parent job,
but you can do almost all of it with no help.

i believe the age is 12 when they can “choose”.
they get assigned a personal defendant,
and a judge hears what they have to say.
..my kid is .x. years old..
a few more years till 12.

Self education on lass wether you have a lawyer or not is very important . Lawyers and the court are there for cash not you . Family courts don’t have to follow the law they are a law unto there own . C~~~ suckers have get togethers and all know each other . Longer a case goes the more cash . Reason why lie detecors will never be used because men would win hands down against woman and the court . Alot of good things hitman and advice that i agree with bar one thing . I have recently and prior spoken to men when they have had high hopes over evidence and or there trail that has given high hopes that they are on a win to been very dissapointed to the point of suicide . Thus my warning to men in real life never get your hopes up because family court don’t play by the book . Just be thankful for what ever you get . Family court threw the odd bone at random . Hell i know i guy who one custody and should not have his child . Family court cases that are been investigated here in Australia by a childrens wrights advocacy group called brave hearts are finding alot of simularities in cases . Some were chidren are in serious danger . Family courts are the untouchables so they think . Lol . The power of them stretches out from them into other government departments . Just don’t get your hopes built up to high . Deppresion and suicidal thoughts are very common for men in this system . Groups of understanding people are hard to find . Thus why i am creating a group away from government propaganda bulls~~~ . All this new dv s~~~ here in oz is a delight to the family court . Suicide rates are going to rocket now there reducation propaganda dv courses increase . You are a man who is innocent . Kids are waking up and are searching for fathers . Things are changing as far as youth goes and family court are changing for greed . The future for the fathers seperated from children is bright . I also have credentials for working with youth among others . My own children know they have been f~~~ed by the system as my youngest has just turned 11 has alot of questions as same as my 13 year old who has at one point even been suicidal but still is in hope of winning her mothers favour . Older 25 realises how f~~~ed over she was by the mother but still tries to win her favour . Let things run it’s course and never put down the other parent to the kids . If you have a girlfriend and have young kids in there presence don’t kiss and hug infront of them . It confuses little kids . Legal aid is broke is australia and will not fund a case anymore when the child turns 13 .

every time I went to court, I got bitch slapped.

c~~~ would get verbal warnings, I got slapped.

After a while I stopped caring.

I have one more play at the court. Did the c~~~ take my younger daughter out of the country with out notifying me? It seems to me this ought to be a big f~~~ing deal…one last swing at the piñata. Please God let that be a good move, maybe some jail time. Let this be possible.

ill probably lose that one too, something like since the daughter kissed me off, I don’t need to keep track of my daughter’s where abouts. Then the argument is if the daughter released me from parenting why did I pay child support to a child who doesn’t want me. And I am awarded all the child support back to last year, and the c~~~ gets 180 days in the lock up.

what a great dream. I am so f~~~ed if I go near that court.

but you can be the primary parent in REALITY if you are lucky,

always say “our” kid..use name..

it’s psychological..reinforces the fact the child is BOTH of your’s..

Very true hitman this tactic is working for me even signs of monkey branching which i have explained won’t be happening and her family trying to help her get out which she refuses for the love of abuse . Two black eyes and her nose across her face i see as the end result . Mr f~~~wit as far as my kids go will recieve some dental work in time . But yes what you said hitman is so true

Kids are resilient until a certain age i have noticed . 13 the kids are talking to friends because most of there friends are in the same situation . Not only heard this from my daughter but other kids . Mental health units are seeing more young kids comming threw there doors and aware of the family unit breakdown . A local bloke works in mental health faccility and kept it quite when i ended there last year with a break down that he knew me for work reasons of not been able to work with me as nurse . Lots of infighting with nurses between men and some c~~~ woman . When i ended there it shocked me when you herd late teens talk it was all to do with there mothers been c~~~s . Mother and daughters seem to me this day and age are all fighting . So many woman i here this from at all different ages . Battle of the masters lol
