That’s right. Just clean and simple the way a man’s place should be. When I bought my new house 7 years ago, I didn’t even put up curtains on the windows. All I have are blinds. No pictures on the walls, although I do have a few neon signs.

For me, hot tubs are overrated. A bar however, is almost a necessity.

Back when my (now ex-) wife and I were looking at houses, I wanted to buy… I s#1t you not… a small cheese factory in the midwest. It had the factory / business office in one building AND a completely separate house (both in good condition) on 5 acres. No zoning, rural area, priced well within our budget. I’m not a cheesemaker, but I’m open to getting into almost ANY business and the factory could have been used for other sorts of ventures, if one wanted to. She wouldn’t go for it…

Thats fvcking awesome. I would LOVE to buy a warehouse building or something like that. If crypto ever goes big, Im leaving the city and living the poor mans rural life. Sell used motorcycles out of a warehouse in the middle of nowhere. LOL

I would love to live in a warehouse. I still want my COncrete steel reinforced underground bunker however. 🙂

I like that the entire place is REALLY simple to maintain. Nothing really to paint or take care off. That roof is going to last the life of the house.

I like to have a outdoor shed type thing to store things like Lawnmowers, yard equipment etc. And a place just to wash and detail the cars would be nice.
