    Greetings MGTOW brothers.
So here is my update on my little journey of self improvement. As some of you already know I quit the military and moved to the UK 2 months ago. My first impressions of the country as a whole? Not too bad actually. Everybody is at least somewhat friendly, great public transport system and very bicycle friendly town. Not bad. Currently I am residing in a s~~~ty apartment living with very messy flatmates. My god they cant even clean the dishes! I have no idea how they survive without their parents… My job is very, very easy. Too easy. Just basic excel stuff and measuring. I work in the lab measuring solar factors and such. Pay kinda sucks but hey as long as it keeps me fed I am OK with it.
So far what have I learned?
I can live with very, very little. I am living off 600 pounds per month (including rent and all the bills). It is just amazing how material things dont really matter when you have nothing.
I am very inpatient type of person. I do realize that getting paperwork ready takes time but man, when you are somewhere completely by yourself it is just so hard to be patient.
I feel in love with audio books. And there is so many great audio books on youtube right now. Whole library of knowledge. From Lovecraft, to scifi to self improvement books all at my disposal.
I really do not need a car. My bike is one of the best things I own right now. At first it was a of struggle cycling 20 miles per day. But now it is like second nature. I can get anywhere I want, anytime.
England is bureaucratic nightmare. As far as I know, England is the only place where you get a job sooner than a bloody bank account.
I thought women in my country were bad. Huh, I was in for a rude awakening. I have seen more whales in 2 weeks then 27 years of my life. And they are all so confident, smirk and so full of them selves. One instance was at the gas station, just grabbing myself a Redbull and when I went in I hold the door for this one whale. And she said to me: Oh, you think I cant do this by myself? Dont do that. OK then…

So overall pretty good. All beginnings are hard. I am still a little nervous not knowing what the future have in store for me but so far so good. As soon something more exciting happens I will let you know.

    Cheers!

Always going big, Yeah you know the kid, Call me haymaker.

I agree about the audio books on youtube, I just found out about them recently myself. I even listened to a very well known 500-600 page audio book on youtube while I was playing poker(with not real money though) online at the same time and it is so relaxing. I have lived in Ottawa, Canada which is probably the closest thing to living in England out of all of Canada also, since a lot of stuff there have British influence since Canada is even a Common Wealth country. Keep up the good work.

I love some parts of Europe. I’ve never been, but I’ve seen plenty of walking tours on Youtube. A lot of their countries are great, but the politics are definitely f~~~ed up.

Their land whales are also hideious.

If I ever move out of the country, I’d probably end up going to some place like Indonesia, Japan, Phillipenes, Taiwan, Chile, etc. At least the women in those countries aren’t land whales.

Good look on your new life. Sounds like it’s going great so far.

Same here. I’ve been a sci-fi fan for decades and have only recently discovered a line of titles on audio cd with great stories that I’ve never seen available on video. It’s really enjoyable just listening and using my own imagination to see the images in my mind rather than being fed them on a video screen. I see it as kind of like the way people listened to radio drama years ago. I bring along these audio recordings when driving long distances.

How can you live on 600 pounds a month. I am guessing your rent is like $100 pounds since you have a few room mates.
I had a room was an absolute pig. I am not exgerating the place look liked a garbage dump site. When I was looking at the place I pointed at the mountain of filth. The landlord told me that it would be cleaned however it never was. It was the other tenant, that was making all the messing. I ended up cleaning it which was on the kitchen counter. There was so much dirt and garbage of their you couldn’t even see the counter and it took me 3 to 4 hours to clean it up.

Then the idiot had stacks of dishes in his room which I ended up cleaning. Btw I wasn’t getting paid for this or getting my rent for the month lowered to do this. When the idiot went to go and visit someone for a few weeks I cleaned the kitchen . I bought supplies and cleaned the crap and it took me about 3 to 4 days and it was really the beginning.

When the idiot came back I told to keep the place clean or I’m going to complain to the landlord. The lazy ass continue to mess up the place. Never again will I live with someone who is on welfare.
I never seen so much junk it wasn’t funny. It really looked like a garbage dump site.

I too am a scifi fan. Been consuming scifi since I was a teenager, that was many moons ago. Would you tell me this series of scifi? I really would like to know.

I completely agree on the relaxing part. I usually listen while on my way to work. Makes traveling much more pleasure experience.

Thanks man! I am really glad I was in your thoughts. Super awsome!

I do. I have 4000 pounds in reserve. I think it is enough.

Yeah. Im hoping for that day to come. And really funny video. Made my day. Thanks!

Honestly, much of Europe is pretty much the same. I cant really tell the difference between Germany, France and Austria. England is very similar too. The only difference here is that everything is made out of bricks. Seriously, whats up with all the bricks? They are outdated arent they?

How can you live on 600 pounds a month. I am guessing your rent is like $100 pounds since you have a few room mates.

300 pounds rent all bills inclusive. And 250 pounds for food. And 50 pounds for the occasional cigarette and coffee.

had a room was an absolute pig. I am not exgerating the place look liked a garbage dump site. When I was looking at the place I pointed at the mountain of filth. The landlord told me that it would be cleaned however it never was. It was the other tenant, that was making all the messing.

That is my exact experience here. Those guys really should go to a military school to learn some god damn discipline. I cleaned entire kitchen spotless. And guess what. 3 days later it was a landfill. Those guys dont even bother taking the trash out! They rather just put empty cartons on the shelf and just leave them there. F~~~ing disaster.

Would you tell me this series of scifi? I really would like to know.

Right now I am just listening to short stories. This is a little compilation. I am pretty new at this so honestly I have no idea if it is any good or not. I enjoyed it. Hopefully you will to.

I’m sure people still use bricks to build homes and other structures. But I definitely agree Europe uses way too many bricks.

As far as Europe being pretty much the same, I agree with you there. The only things I can really tell apart are the food and the languages. I mainly like certain countries such as Italy though because I really love how Venice is laid out for instance. Reminds me of Water 7 from One Piece.
