The body cam only half saved you. You did not have the event recorded on your camera for enough duration that it would have vindicated you. The only thing that saved you was that her friend buttoned up. If her friend had lied, camera or no camera, you were f~~~ed 6 ways from Sunday. You would have had no way of disproving their side of the story and you would be in jail. You put yourself in that position in the first place. Had you not confronted her at all, the police wouldn’t even have been involved and thus, you wouldn’t have spent the entire time sitting in the back of a squad car.

There was no where else to put my car. These are specific spaces for residents ONLY.

She was in the wrong and I didn’t confront as such.

I merely politely asked her to move as she was in my space.

TLDR – He went on a tinder date ( Gold Coast, Australia) , took the girl back to his condo for sex and drinking. Later in the evening she fell to her death from the highrise balcony and he was charged with murder (assumption is that he thew her off the balcony). Anyway.. he had this weird habit of recording everything, just audio, just on his smartphone… That recording saved his arse. The recording proved to the jury that she went psycho, and he was not even on the balacony at the time she fell. He was acquitted. Without the recording he would be doing a life sentence now.
