At work a co worker was going though a hard time since his friend died. He would leave work two to three times a day and come back. And I would find him texted on his phone while building roof truess.
Yesterday a song called Adele – Someone Like You played and after two minutes of the song playing he started to cry. I said out loud that this song is disgusting because it’s slow and boring. I guess he heard me and left work without saying a word.
I think I may have made an enemy just by insulting the song. I don’t know.
I understand that we have our issues, and that some of us lost people. But he shouldn’t even show up to work, let alone do manual labour until he get’s the funeral underway, If he is able to take time off.
What do you guys think about this whole thing.
Actions have consequences and consequences have prices. Cause and effect at work.
Anonymous54There is nothing worse than looseing a friend. If it is his first it is a new skill he’s learning.I have lost many.
