A bit out of sorts lately.

Had a few months away from MGTOW and a few things have transpired during that time that have left me feeling a tad defeated.

I found out my job is soon to be outsourced – we already have these 3rd party tossers occupying the 7th floor looking for the cheapest and most efficient way to get rid of us. These pricks are on site, drawing in large salaries, devising the best plan to rid people of their jobs and they look smug as f~~~ about it. One had the cheek to moan to me about the infrastructure we have in place which was limiting her ability to relieve me of my position (Obviously not phrased that way but the irony was lost on her).

Ex gf recently also recently got in contact to tell me the following “still a sad pathetic loser I see”. Im assuming she saw me out running one night during the week. Such a strange thing to say after we havent spoken for nearly six months. I felt a little sorry for her reading what she had to say, how can someone still be that angry?. My sympathy quickly passed :). Oh and of course I didnt reply. Borderline s!!!

Anyway, I havent been in the best mood lately and have been unnecessarily rude to a few people on here. This is foreign to me unless someone’s earned it.

Good to be back.

P.S. I woulnt normally put a picture of myself on here, but Kevin’s face was too funny. Will be changing back soon.

Be with people who add value to your life.

The economy is weak. I see many people in corporate America downsized. Start looking at job opportunities.
Are you happy in your chosen field? If so, great. If not, consider additional training/education.

Testosterone diet.

This morning was two hard boiled eggs and organic ghee with toast.

Stir frying cabbage, peowrs and onion to kill off any estrogen.

Respectfully of course.

I ran for my county. Im back on the track this week knocking out 400 after 400’s. We’re doing isometrics in between.

Associating me with oestrogen isnt something I enjoy.

I wouldn’t imagine what its like to walk in your shoes, please done make assumptions about mine.

Better to bleed from holes than to live with the quills!
