I’ve been around red pill stuff for three years now. Certain observations, melded together are impervious arguments. 50, 80, 90 is one I grasp at every level of internal discourse.
50 Percent of marriages end in divorce. 80 Percent of the time the women initiates the divorce. 90 Percent of the time the women initiates divorce. The woman wants big brother through the threat of state physical violence. To extort money from the man on arbitrary terms.
All the vowels and syllables uttered. Don’t negate this observation. If anything, the noise is cosistently reinforced by the perpetrators.
The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting. --Sun Tsu
That 50 % number has been around for a lot of years and from my understanding only covers the first 10 years of a marriage.
I think it’s much higher but have no numbers to back it up except this- When a family has a child with special needs the rate of divorce is 80-90 %. As far as an actual number for all divorces my uneducated guess would be 70%.
"what a waste of a life, to marry, give up your freedom, just for the hope of not dying alone. Don't get married Son."
That 50 % number has been around for a lot of years and from my understanding only covers the first 10 years of a marriage.
Even accepting the low ball 50%, that says your biggest investment in life has a one in two chance of failing miserably. And I agree – I think the number is significantly higher. And, admitting this is anecdotal, during my years of Court hearings, my review of the schedule showed women occupying about 90% of the “plaintiff” category. Who wants to play Defendant? Step right up.
But still – chance the 50% and let’s go for it. Anyone?

That 50% figure is a cooked statistic based on selective sampling.
The truth is that 94% of marriages fail within 10 years. And how many of the ones that last more than ten years are actually happy? Not many, I think.
