They arent even saying that from a romantic/sex perspective. These are guys that just want to keep their jobs and avoid unnecessary workplace drama and false accusations. Career destroying potential issues.

This is true but it is also true that a lot of women like to try to charm their way through life and their career using their femininity. It must hurt them to see that they are just not worth it any more. Its amazing how dumb a blue pill guy can be and a lot of men in power loved the attention (does not have to be sex) from young women and loved to big themselves up helping them, especially when they could also use it as an excuse to show they were giving women a hand up. A man at the top has already made it there and he might easily forget that by promoting a flirt he is actually depriving someone like himself of the job he earned.

Seriously, you don’t need these one-on-one meetings to “prove yourself”. But women do need them if they want to monkey branch their way up on their vaginas.
