    It does look like a kick ass workout! However, for an actor’s physique, remember that before the movie starts shooting theyboften start using lots of roids, hire trainers, employ body doubles, and have CGI edits done to look like that.

    I wonder if there’s a workout for gladiators, since we have a Spartan one. Like 300, there needs to be a workout from the movie Gladiator.

    when i first started exercising, i wanted to have great muscles. eh, ive been exercising for a year or so, and i’m happy just being healthy.
