So I’ve been doing a conversation course at work …. moving up to bigger stuff.
There were 30 of us from all different companies.
Now seven of them were women. Over meals and breaks it’s come to light that the girls were allowed advancement with 25% less hours.
Now in my trade hours = more or less experience. This means that these girls worked less, passed with lower time and get paid the same.
So when you’re going down with the ship ….. ask yourself …. would you be better off with the people at the pointy end having an extra 25% more experience?

The only way to get fair treatment at the workplace is to be self-employed. It is human nature for bosses to play favorites, and aside from that, it is compulsory for HR Depts to favor women over men these days.
Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?

I’ve learned in the workplace that HR is code for WR
HR=harpy refuge.
I have discovered a truly remarkable list of reasons why women are not necessary for a happy life, but alas this margin is too small to contain it.

Just wait till they get a year paid off for getting pregnant and come back to get promoted just as fast as you.

Anonymous3HR didn’t even exist 20-30 years ago. Then suddenly it became a requirement, mostly just to stuff women into those departments and pay them lavish salaries. Men generally are not allowed into HR. HR’s sole reason for existing is to prevent people from getting hired and to give sexual harassment lectures constantly, while ignoring women harassing men.
Prior to that, department directors would make the call on hiring, and you could talk to them directly when looking for a job. There were no keywords or barriers to communication. Heck all you really had to do to get a job was walk in and mention you wanted a job. Nowadays, lol, nowadays…I just can’t laugh at how things are now.
What does p~~~ me off is almost nobody from the older generations wants to speak up. I did speak up, and I was shouted down. At least I tried. Feminism didn’t rise up against any type of pushback. I have to say, I don’t necessarily think much of Millennials, but the Boomers, my God, the Boomers are the worst generation I’ve had the misfortune of interacting with. Goes to show you how circumstance creates generational trends for the majority.
It is as Plato said, people of no consequence are the same no matter what, they just go with the flow and if it’s a sick, damaged society they just fit in seamlessly. But the better a person is, the worse a deranged society is for him. At that point he can only turn either to misanthropy or philanthropy. I am not sure why he mentioned philanthropy actually, but I understand the misanthropy.

Yes but if you tell a woman about it, she will say, ” we are 25% more intelligent, 25% better at what we do and so on. The gold uterus rule is applied and it trumps all reason.
