this number does not count college tuition b/c the child is 18+ when attending college….. So add 50K to that number assuming you pay for a part of your child’s tuition.

That number seems woefully inadequate. It doesn’t count the cost of the cow that produced the calf. I’d put it closer to “all of it.” Because when it’s done, what does the average guy have to show for it?

I’d want kids, and I wouldn’t mind paying for them, but what makes me not have them is the thought that the “mother” could very easily take them away via the courts to the extent I get to see them every other weekend, yet get to pay her that 250k+ spread out over 18 years of child support. No f~~~ing way…why would I want to get to pay for kids I don’t get to raise and I barely get to see but get to pay for…f~~~ that, I’d want to be a father not a wallet.

Hell, I’d say you’re even more better off than that. You have to remember that having a kid means that there will also be some harpy there to permanently take money from you while you’re raising the kid and long after they’ve reached adulthood. So
