2018 will = 20 years single!

Congrats! I love how people always say “you’ll change your mind in a few years” about all sorts of s~~~. They’re never right. I still don’t like chickpeas.

I just turned 37 and haven’t changed my mind yet, either. I have dated and had a couple relations~~~s, but the last one was 3 years ago. I just looked at the cost/benefit analysis and it was completely not worth it. Not just marriage, but dating, and even picking up a girl. I’d rather spend my time doing what I want to do, and since I don’t own much or plan on it, or have money, or even have any visible mention that I even have it.

I consider it a concept of reverse PUA in a way. Making myself unattractive to women, so they aren’t interested. I don’t mean being a fat slob or anything, just not wearing name brand stuff, when I go to a bar near campus I’m walking most of the day, then have a beer there at the end sometimes, and I walk in with a backpack, so that it’s obvious I don’t have a car.

I did waste years in my 20’s chasing women and trying to find the perfect one, then just decided to live for myself. Much happier without all the bulls~~~ expectations and such.

I do have an older woman that I see maybe once a year, she lives in another state, and neither of us want anything to do with a relations~~~, we just hang out for a couple weeks, go on hikes and such, f~~~, then I head back home. She lives near the Appalachian Trail, so I go out to her place when I am going on a short hike there, or take a train to DC to hike the C&O canal towpath that goes from DC to Pittsburg, when I want a nice easy flat luxurious hike.

The only thing i have to do that i don’t like to do is work and even that isn’t that bad.

The rest of my time and life is up to me. I ask what’s not to like about that?

Sure i’ll see a hottie every now and again dressed sexy as f~~~ but then i think of all the grief she’d bring with her. That and the fact i’m a ton older than most of them now! Lol

Breaking bad netflix marathon for 6 hours straight complete with a few rusty nail whiskeys? Don’t mind if do!!
