    Gentlemen—

For those of us who believe in God and the Bible, I have compiled a list of Scriptures that support remaining single and avoiding women. I invite those of you of faith to add to the list if you know of a good reference I may have left out. Even for those who aren’t familiar with what the Bible has to say about women, this maybe this might be interesting reading anyway.

These make the case to avoid wayward women, which as we know are 99.99999% of them in our current gynocentric culture.

NOTE: All Scriptures are taken from The New International Version unless otherwise noted.

    Proverbs 5 (entire chapter)

1 My son, pay attention to my wisdom, turn your ear to my words of insight,
2 that you may maintain discretion and your lips may preserve knowledge.
    3 For the lips of the adulterous woman drip honey, and her speech is smoother than oil;
4 but in the end she is bitter as gall, sharp as a double-edged sword.
5 Her feet go down to death; her steps lead straight to the grave.
6 She gives no thought to the way of life; her paths wander aimlessly, but she does not know it.

7 Now then, my sons, listen to me; do not turn aside from what I say.
8 Keep to a path far from her, do not go near the door of her house,
9 lest you lose your honor to others and your dignity to one who is cruel, 10 lest strangers feast on your wealth and your toil enrich the house of another.
11 At the end of your life you will groan, when your flesh and body are spent.
12 You will say, “How I hated discipline! How my heart spurned correction!
13 I would not obey my teachers or turn my ear to my instructors.
14 And I was soon in serious trouble in the assembly of God’s people.”
15 Drink water from your own cistern, running water from your own well.
16 Should your springs overflow in the streets, your streams of water in the public squares?
17 Let them be yours alone, never to be shared with strangers.
18 May your fountain be blessed, and may you rejoice in the wife of your youth.
19 A loving doe, a graceful deer—may her breasts satisfy you always,
may you ever be intoxicated with her love.
20 Why, my son, be intoxicated with another man’s wife? Why embrace the bosom of a wayward woman?

21 For your ways are in full view of the LORD, and he examines all your paths.
22 The evil deeds of the wicked ensnare them; the cords of their sins hold them fast.
23 For lack of discipline they will die, led astray by their own great folly.

(Note in v18 it says the “wife of your YOUTH”. If you’re an older gentleman, and you’re unmarried, you’re better off staying that way. The only women available to you for marriage aren’t going to be worth it anyway.)

    Proverbs 7:4-27

4 Say to wisdom, “You are my sister,” and to insight, “You are my relative.”
5 They will keep you from the adulterous woman, from the wayward woman with her seductive words.

6 At the window of my house I looked down through the lattice.
7 I saw among the simple, I noticed among the young men, a youth who had no sense.
8 He was going down the street near her corner, walking along in the direction of her house
9 at twilight, as the day was fading, as the dark of night set in.

10 Then out came a woman to meet him, dressed like a prostitute and with crafty intent.
11 (She is unruly and defiant, her feet never stay at home; 12 now in the street, now in the squares, at every corner she lurks.)
13 She took hold of him and kissed him and with a brazen face she said:

14 “Today I fulfilled my vows, and I have food from my fellowship offering at home. 15 So I came out to meet you; I looked for you and have found you! 16 I have covered my bed with colored linens from Egypt.
17 I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes and cinnamon.

18 Come, let’s drink deeply of love till morning; let’s enjoy ourselves with love! 19 My husband is not at home; he has gone on a long journey.
20 He took his purse filled with money and will not be home till full moon.”

21 With persuasive words she led him astray; she seduced him with her smooth talk.
22 All at once he followed her like an ox going to the slaughter, like a deer stepping into a noose 23 till an arrow pierces his liver, like a bird darting into a snare, little knowing it will cost him his life.

24 Now then, my sons, listen to me; pay attention to what I say.
25 Do not let your heart turn to her ways or stray into her paths.
26 Many are the victims she has brought down; her slain are a mighty throng.
27 Her house is a highway to the grave, leading down to the chambers of death.

    Proverbs 19:13-14

13 A foolish child is a father’s ruin, and a quarrelsome wife is like the constant dripping of a leaky roof. 14 Houses and wealth are inherited from parents, but a prudent wife is from the LORD.

(So it says here that if unicorns DO exist, they have to come from God Himself…in other words, it would take a miracle to find one!)

    Proverbs 21:9

Better to live on a corner of the roof than share a house with a quarrelsome wife.

    Proverbs 21:19

Better to live in a desert than with a quarrelsome and nagging wife.

    Proverbs 27:15-16

15 A quarrelsome wife is like the dripping of a leaky roof in a rainstorm; 16 restraining her is like restraining the wind or grasping oil with the hand.

(Sounds like Solomon was having a rough day with one or several of his wives! Why would a smart guy like this want even ONE, let alone a whole GROUP of them??)

    Proverbs 31:10

10 A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.

(This is a rhetorical question…the answer is “nobody”. Only God Himself can give you a unicorn. Stop looking.)

    Matthew 19:8–12

8 Jesus replied, “Moses permitted you to divorce your wives because your hearts were hard. But it was not this way from the beginning. 9 I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”

10 The disciples said to him, “If this is the situation between a husband and wife, it is better not to marry.”

11 Jesus replied, “Not everyone can accept this word, but only those to whom it has been given. 12 For there are eunuchs who were born that way, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others—and there are those who choose to live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”

So even Jesus Himself says that if a man is strong enough to stay single, he should do so!!!

    John 4:13-19

13 Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, 14 but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”

15 The woman said to him, “Sir, give me this water so that I won’t get thirsty and have to keep coming here to draw water.”

16 He told her, “Go, call your husband and come back.”

17 “I have no husband,” she replied. Jesus said to her, “You are right when you say you have no husband. 18 The fact is, you have had five husbands, and the man you now have is not your husband. What you have just said is quite true.”

19 “Sir,” the woman said, “I can see that you are a prophet.

(Or maybe in this case, Jesus was just smart enough to know about the true nature of women!!!)

    1 Corinthians 7:25–40

25 Now about virgins: I have no command from the Lord, but I give a judgment as one who by the Lord’s mercy is trustworthy. 26 Because of the present crisis, I think that it is good for a man to remain as he is. 27 Are you pledged to a woman? Do not seek to be released. Are you free from such a commitment? Do not look for a wife. 28 But if you do marry, you have not sinned; and if a virgin marries, she has not sinned. But those who marry will face many troubles in this life, and I want to spare you this.

29 What I mean, brothers and sisters, is that the time is short. From now on those who have wives should live as if they do not; 30 those who mourn, as if they did not; those who are happy, as if they were not; those who buy something, as if it were not theirs to keep; 31 those who use the things of the world, as if not engrossed in them. For this world in its present form is passing away.

32 I would like you to be free from concern. An unmarried man is concerned about the Lord’s affairs—how he can please the Lord. 33 But a married man is concerned about the affairs of this world—how he can please his wife—34 and his interests are divided. An unmarried woman or virgin is concerned about the Lord’s affairs: Her aim is to be devoted to the Lord in both body and spirit. But a married woman is concerned about the affairs of this world—how she can please her husband. 35 I am saying this for your own good, not to restrict you, but that you may live in a right way in undivided devotion to the Lord.

36 If anyone is worried that he might not be acting honorably toward the virgin he is engaged to, and if his passions are too strong and he feels he ought to marry, he should do as he wants. He is not sinning. They should get married. 37 But the man who has settled the matter in his own mind, who is under no compulsion but has control over his own will, and who has made up his mind not to marry the virgin—this man also does the right thing. 38 So then, he who marries the virgin does right, but he who does not marry her does better.

39 A woman is bound to her husband as long as he lives. But if her husband dies, she is free to marry anyone she wishes, but he must belong to the Lord. 40 In my judgment, she is happier if she stays as she is—and I think that I too have the Spirit of God.

(The apostle Paul agrees with Jesus–it’s better to stay single. Life is just a lot less stressful this way! Freedom >> pussy!!)

    1 Timothy 5:9-15

9 No widow may be put on the list of widows [eligible for aid] unless she is over sixty, has been faithful to her husband, 10 and is well known for her good deeds, such as bringing up children, showing hospitality, washing the feet of the Lord’s people, helping those in trouble and devoting herself to all kinds of good deeds.

11 As for younger widows, do not put them on such a list. For when their sensual desires overcome their dedication to Christ, they want to marry. 12 Thus they bring judgment on themselves, because they have broken their first pledge. 13 Besides, they get into the habit of being idle and going about from house to house. And not only do they become idlers, but also busybodies who talk nonsense, saying things they ought not to.

(I REALLY love this one! St. Paul is basically saying here that young women who are widows DO NOT DESERVE assistance! He goes on to say they should find a new husband instead of leeching off others, or else they will slide into decadence! Sound familiar? And this is what it says about widows, who are single through no fault of their own. Now substitute “divorcee” for “widow”…wonder what they would say about THAT??)

Bottom line: Don’t let anyone, ESPECIALLY the religious folks tell you MGTOW is immoral.

The Bible is basically a pharmacy of red pills. Good compilation! Here’s one more:

“And I have found a woman more bitter than death, who is the hunter’s snare, and her heart is a net, and her hands are bands. He that pleaseth God shall escape from her: but he that is a sinner, shall be caught by her. Lo this have I found, said Ecclesiastes, weighing one thing after another, that I might find out the account, which yet my soul seeketh, and I have not found it. One man among a thousand I have found, a woman among them all I have not found” (Ecclesiastes 7:27-29).

Essentially, Solomon found ONE virtuous man out of a thousand (the rest were manginas), and could not find even ONE virtuous woman (and this is a man who had 700 wives and 300 concubines, according to 1 Kings 11:3, so the number is quite literal).

Exactly. And the Bible further says he was just as much man as God, so He knew what it was like to have young women prancing around and trying to mess with Him. But He stayed strong until the end and fulfilled his destiny.

This blows out that crap about “Behind every good man, there’s a good woman.” Guys, don’t let a woman wreck your future destiny!

Not trying to convince the already convinced necessarily, but there are those in the “faith community” that would tell us that MGTOW is evil, selfish, and just plain WRONG. Another point of posting this “bible study” was to provide ammunition against such people. Using their own weapons against them, as it were.

I left the church a short time ago because it is actually one of the WORST places for real men. It is so gynocentric it isn’t funny.

At least with those “liberated women” you know what you’re getting. I wasted DECADES unicorn hunting in the church. You would think that’s where they would be, if they existed. Nope.

I wonder how many MGTOW Christians are out there who just can’t stomach wussy-pussy church anymore…

Somewhere in my bible it says, a mans wickedness is better than a women’s goodness.

    That’s how much women ain’t s~~~.

    That’s from Sirach 42:14:

14 Better is the wickedness of a man than a woman who does good; it is woman who brings shame and disgrace.

–New Revised Standard Version. (1989). Nashville: Thomas Nelson Publishers.

I had to look that one up. That’s part of the Apocrypha, which I’m not familiar with. Most Protestant churches don’t have that in their Bibles. Maybe that’s why…not P.C. enough!

Looks like I’m going to have to read the Apocrypha now. Wonder what else I’ve been missing all these years…

This is a good work. I read about MGTOW wrestling with Christianity and like to point out that it is only the clergy who promote marriage. The bible itself is riddled with redpill warnings and numerous passages to avoid marriage. There should be no conflict with MGTOW and Christianity unless you’re just not reading the bible and blindly following what you’re told. Whenever you hear a reason to marry in a church it is most likely coming from the wife of a member browbeating her husband and withholding sex to make him promote her marriage agenda. This how woman take your religion and twist it. The same way they twisted the courts and the schools.

This post is a good example of why the Catholic church DOESN’T encourage its members to read the Bible independently!

The Catholic Church views the Deuterocanon as divinely inspired along with the rest of the Bible, just sayin’.

Thanks Cuck No More for reminding me of were the passage came from, Sirach book is awesome, yeah my bible has the Apocrypha books in it, they are pretty cool books too.

That’s the Bible I was given when I did all my church stuff in my younger years, I didn’t even know they weren’t in all the Bible’s till somebody told me.

But yeah they are just as awesome as the other stories in the Bible in my opinion, you can feel it when your reading it like it belongs in there.

    Hey RPB,

Ironically I was raised Catholic as well, but never even heard of the Apocrypha until after “getting saved” as a 16 year old. The only Bible I got from the Catholic Church I grew up in was a Good News New Testament, so no Apocrypha in there either.

When I asked my Baptist youth pastor about it, he said that “it’s OK, but it’s not inspired Scripture.” Rather than say, “Really??” and read it anyway, I just took his word like a good beta cuck.

Sometimes I wonder if the church isn’t worse than the government, Catholic OR Protestant…

Jesus was according to the Jewish faith, a Rabbi. He is recognized in the Bible as a Rabbi
To become a Rabbi, a man must be married and have fathered children.

Jesus was according to the Jewish faith, a Rabbi. He is recognized in the Bible as a Rabbi
To become a Rabbi, a man must be married and have fathered children.

Who was his wife and what happened to his children?

Jesus was also a non-conformist. That’s what got him crucified. He didn’t play nice with the religious establishment. They sure as hell didn’t see him as a legit Rabbi, even though they addressed him as such at times, most likely in a sarcastic manner.

Jesus called them “whitewashed tombs”, “hypocrites”, “brood of vipers”, etc. Made a whip out of ropes and drove the crooked bankers out of the temple. Messed up their racket. He also “worked” on the Sabbath by healing the sick and was called out for it.

I’ve heard that before. There are those who think he actually married Mary Magdalene. Another argument made for this is that Hebrews 5 says that Jesus was tempted in every way. How could he be tempted to adultery if he wasn’t married? How could be tempted to beat the ever-living snot outta his wife if he never had one?

But somehow I don’t think so. Aside from being married, you also had to be formally trained to be a Rabbi. Back then Rabbis were also physicians. We know that Jesus was a carpenter before he started his ministry. If he allowed himself to be called a Rabbi without the proper training, surely he wouldn’t let bachelorhood hinder him either.

If Jesus was married, and since marriage is a central theme in Jewish culture, I have to believe we would hear SOMETHING about Jesus’ wife or marriage in the Bible. Surely there would a LOT more teaching by Jesus on marriage.

Not saying it’s impossible, but I don’t think it’s likely.
