The most acute problem is the Title IX letter from the dept of education saying that any college boy merely accused of sexual assault and uses facts and logic to defend himself, the use of facts to prove his innocence is evidence of guilt. This is the way men on college campuses have to live.

The judge gets a cut of the settlement in some jurisdictions. The judge will always find against the one with the deepest pockets.

Those are not the judge’s kids getting abused but it is her (or his) purse that gets filled.
