But it was when one of our teenage boys recently said to me “Pappa works hard; he supports all of us,” that I felt compelled to make a statement. If nothing else, for my boys: the next generation. Yes, their dad owns a business and that is hard work, no question about it. But a comment like that doesn’t fall easy on a writer and teacher’s ears, or heart, as if the work I do now, not to mention did while married and also running the household, is a walk in the park.

So she is educating her sons to understand that her work is more important, and therefore she should be entitled to up to 80% or her husbands income.

Goodness gracious. Please give this woman two boards and three nails.

I’m sure the divorce is ever so legitimate. I mean really. She must have found it difficult to be happy anymore.

This kind if mentality alone is why alimony is so painful. They enjoy watching you owe them. Watching you drain away your resources. It us the best possible outcome for a woman. They get the freedom to bounce on c~~~s then returning home to kids who validate their vile existence while the man gives her money. It’s a female paradise. Sickening.

Well, since she can’t support herself, I can’t comprehend what is her objection with the term. And her son is right to say that his dad works hard to support them. And the rest of her whiny rant doesn’t dispute that fact : she works hard but yet is unable to sustain herself and her household without assistance. So she receives free money for “decades of investments” that were clearly misguided since they didn’t lead her to financial independence, but she complains about the name of her free monthly check ??? Wow…

Simple female nature my friend. She is the victim, she is owed this from the “horrible struggles and decades of abuse (investments) that she suffered”.

Funny huh.

She thinks she’s above the title of her income stream. Incidentally she is proud that her investment is paying her dividends. Her logic is lacking and she is just butt hurt she has to carry the word alimony around. Not the money, not the fact she got it from being a leech, just the name.
