I don’t know if these women are feminists or not however these women are douches.  I had plenty of times biking in very hot weather and not a single time did I feel the need to take my shirt off.  Please women don’t go topless because of you are a f~~~ing eye sore.

actually I lived in Ottawa where that ruling originally took place in the early nineties. I still remember when the hookers thought it was a great idea to “show off their wares” on Montreal rd. And yes, it did stop traffic for a time, but whatever, all in good fun.
