I’m in Australia, strip clubs serve alcohol although I am not sure if the strippers drink or not. I have never noticed a stripper stink as such but I do recall one that had really terrible breath.

The strippers down here take it all off and spread their legs to reveal all. It can vary as to opening their pussies up or not though. Most of the clubs require the women to pay to work in them which I guess makes them keen to flirt with the patrons to recoup their money and go back into the black.

We also have peep show places and lots of legalized brothels so there is a lot of competition and quite often a brothel will work out cheaper and better value in the end.
